  • Comfortable, spacious house surrounded by greenery, just a 5-minute walk from the beach.

    It has 170 m² of built area on a wooded plot of 600 m², with a large living room, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, a barbecue area and a pleasant veranda overlooking the back lawn, with views of the Atlantic Forest.

    The house features solid wood furniture in a rustic/farmhouse style and offers a tranquil and welcoming environment to enjoy the Riviera with family. It does not have a swimming pool, which may provide greater peace of mind for families with young children and the elderly.

    The location is excellent: it's just one block from the shopping centre, where you'll find restaurants, a supermarket, a pizzeria, a bakery, a pharmacy, a hair salon, a fish market, and a pet shop. You can do most of your daily activities on foot.
