Ficamos em 10 pessoas (7 adultos e 3 crianças), muito bem acomodadas na casa. A parte externa coberta é bem ampla com bom espaço para os momentos de chuva ou à noite. As crianças aproveitaram bem a piscina.Apesar da casa estar do outro lado da rodovia, não levava mais que 10 minutos para atravessarmos com o carro para o outro lado e estacionarmos com segurança do lado da praia (pé na areia) na Quadra H.Como o título comenta o custo x beneficio é excelente comparado com as demais opções disponíveis na região.A anfitriã Jussara também foi muito prestativa respondendo rapidamente a todas as dúvidas, que não foram muitas, pois ela é bem organizada e clara nas mensagens.

Praia ótima e limpa, condomínio seguro, casa conforme o descrito no site. Dora, que entrega as chaves, muito simpática. Jussara , a proprietária, ótima anfitriã e a comunicação com ela foi excelente. A casa necessita de alguma manutenção, principalmente nas telas contra mosquitos, mas irrelevante perto do conforto.Ítens de cozinha e apetrechos de churrasqueira à vontade e a varanda é simp,esmente excepcional. Agraeço pelo excelente feriado!

Bom lugar para relaxar

Foi a minha primeira experiência com o Vrbo, e eu gostei bastante. Jussara foi bastante prestativa durante todo o processo e toda a estadia ocorreu sem problemas. A localização é boa e não tivemos problemas para nos deslocarmos para as praias que queríamos visitar, e quando não queríamos sair, curtimos a piscina com um bom churrasco. O espaço é ótimo e até mesmo nosso pet aproveitou bastante a área ao redor da casa para explorar.

Casa boa, mas precisa melhorar

Fui com minha família e adoramos a casa, porém achamos que pode ser melhorada na questão da limpeza e iluminação da piscina que é pouco, o freezer tem que ser ligado um dia antes pra estar gelado quando os hóspedes chegarem, a grelha da churrasqueira estava bem suja (com cabelos) e a praia não fica há 800mt da casa, é necessário ir de carro para atravessar a pista e entrar no condomínio a frente, assim como o mercadinho mais próximo. A cozinha é bem equipada, Wi-Fi e TV excelente sinal.

Foram 10 dias de férias em família no imóvel que corresponde exatamente ao anúncio, com todos os recursos e utensílios para uma excelente estadia. Aproveitamos bem a piscina e a churrasqueira, consideramos a casa como um refúgio durante a pandemia. Inclusive meus sobrinhos aproveitaram a estrutura de HomeOffice para trabalho remoto.
