Best location in the city. We are on the beach block, 50 meters from the sand strip, we have access control, gate and electronic security.
We are one block away from the main services: bakery, bank, gourmet burger shop, wine cellar, beverage distributor, restaurants, produce, ice cream parlor, dentist, pharmacy, pet shop, etc...
About 400 m burger king, hypermarket, locksmith, ATM, wholesale among others. services.
The house has all household appliances/electronics: coffee maker, mixer, microwave oven, washing machine, among others...
