New house in Costa do Sol Condominium, Guaratuba beach - Bertioga (KM 200 Rio Santos).
Accommodation for 16 people with 4 suites. toilet and bathroom near the pool, pool in masonry, barbecue, spaces for 5 cars, fridge, freezer and kitchen utensil.
Located on the north coast of Sao Paulo near the condominium Riviera de Sao Lourenco and Boraceia Beach. The house is located in a quiet area near the beach and the Guaratuba River in preserved Atlantic rainforest environment.
Market with bakery very close.
Guaratuba beach is clean and usually does not receive many visitors. In its 8 km length, the traveler is surprised by its white sand and crystal clear water, to the north of the beach, there is the meeting of the sea with the Guaratuba River. It then forms a kind of natural pool, surrounded by the forest of Restinga State Park. This way, the visitor has two options to take a dip.

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos; casa ampla, nova, bem arejada, com portas e janelas grandes, com bons utensílios domésticos ; área de piscina bem agradável; apesar de longe da praia (fica do outro lado da rodovia), vale o custo beneficio. Tem área verde ao redor. Para quem tem mto medo com a parte de segurança, vale lembrar que a casa eh bem aberta, mas não nos sentimos inseguros em nenhum momento já que a região eh bem tranquila. Na primeira noite sentimos falta de ar condicionado ou ventiladores mas como refrescou após, foi tranquilo. No verão intenso acho que essa parte pode atrapalhar nos quartos do piso inferior. Ficamos em 4 casais, uma bebê e uma criança e foi bem tranquilo. Caberia confortavelmente até 4 pessoas por suite. A praia mais próxima a casa eh ótima. Bem calma e limpa. Como o movimento da praia não eh mto grande e não tem opção de aluguel de cadeiras, aconselharia a levar guarda-sol. Há barracas que vendem bebidas que fornecem cadeiras e guarda-sol mas a depender da quantidade de pessoas, falta guarda sol e cadeira mais confortáveis.
