"Smelling terrible and more"

"When we arrived we were told that the double-queen room I had booked nearly a week prior was not available. Rather than just owning their mistake and apologizing, they tried to pin it on me because I used an "online booking service". On the plus side they "upgraded" us to a suite with a king-sized bed and pull-out couch. On the down-side the AC in the room didn't work at all. They ended up moving us to a single king room because, according to them, that's all they had available. And that was it. They considered that acceptable and their obligation met. We were not the only people experiencing the same issue, as I saw another family going through the same thing during check-in. Mistakes happen and thankfully with it being just myself and my son, we were able to make it work, but the complete lack of accountability or concern for their customers is a real concern. The room was clean, the staff were very nice but they clearly have issues that need to be worked out, and have zero sense of obligation or concern for their customers. I will not stay here again. I'd strongly suggest you consider otherwise if you need anything more than a single bed, because there is no guarantee you will get what you reserved and they don't care if that is an inconvenience to you."

"It was really sketchy feeling when people living there are roaming the halls and making interesting noises in the night. Seemed like a halfway house hotel. Not going to lie! I walked into my room when I first got there and there was a nasty smell in the room which did not go away the entire stay. I decided to room with my friend at her hotel bc of how creepy it felt. Not a recommendation for anyone to go there. I did not feel comfortable! The breakfast sucked too and was completely under done! Grosssss "

"Rooms were clean. But the twin beds didn’t have Blankets so I had to go down to the front desk to get some. The one TV didn't work. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. One of the refrigerators also did not work. No extra pillows of blankets in the rooms. A good place to stay in a pinch."

"We had a very nice room and the front desk person was very nice. When we left for our event at Albright College we were told the restaurant would open til 9:30/10. We arrived back (and hungry) at 9:00 and it was closed. We ordered pizza, but were looking forward to a nice meal, convenient and relaxing. Very nice property!!!!"

"Breakfast was delicious. Was confused that the bar wasn’t open and no hours of operation were posted. Was a little concerned that the outside door wasn’t locked but it may have been only during the day."
