We had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree in Reading. The check-in process was seamless (and the signature warm cookie is always a plus!). Our room was clean, quiet, and the AC kept everything perfectly cool throughout the night. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with local recommendations. It’s also conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a decent stay, but the only problem was the AC not cooling the room quickly enough. I tried to message the front desk but didn't get a response. It was a really busy night because of a concert, so I understand they were overwhelmed. The breakfast was pretty good, and the staff was friendly.
