"This is an excellent hotel for what it is, a basic hotel. The room is comfortable, shower is good and it had a balcony as well as a table where one can work, relax or eat. The hotel has a restaurant and serves a nice breakfast. Hotel staff is friendly."

"The property is in a small town 30 minutes from Bern. The room is big! There is no elevator (in case you need one) and no a/c in the rooms. It gets hot!

"Staff were very kind and helpful. The suite was a little dated but clean. The location was perfect , right by the old town shopping street lines with restaurants, 10min walk from train station and 3 minutes from cathedral. The only downside was not having working elevator to carry suitcases through winding stairs to and from 4th floor room. "

"everything is smart in this hotel. after online check in, I could use my phone as a key to open the gate and the door of my room. the public area is beautiful with a huge kitchen. the rooftop is nice and I could enjoy myself with a drink. it is at the centre of the city so it is convenient but a bit noisy at night at there are some restaurants and bars down below. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was nice and clean, the bed was good and the shower was excellent. We stayed during the wine festival and the hotel is in the best spot if you like to be where the party is. The music is loud and plays until 3am so if you are not partying don’t expect to get any sleep before then. There is no fridge in the room but you can get one for 5 francs or you can store items for free in their fridge. "
