Our townhouse, not far from city centre, offers you a quiet and relaxing place to stay, just a few minutes away from the area’s most beautiful sights and recreational spots.

Spacious, cosy LIVING ROOM with a fireplace, lounge area, 3D flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, and a bookshelf with a large selection of literature. The flexible lighting design is perfect for relaxing, unwinding, watching TV, or listening to music—or for social evenings over a glass of wine.

The open-concept American-style KITCHEN is fully equipped and offers everything you need: a coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and a bread slicer. The large, inviting dining table seats 6–8 people and is ideal for shared meals and social gatherings.

The accommodation features TWO spacious BEDROOMS, ideal for a restful night’s sleep and plenty of privacy. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom features a king-size bed plus two queen-size beds, perfect for families or small groups. Both rooms have a closet and a chest of drawers that provide plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items, so you can stay well-organized throughout your stay.

The spacious BATHROOM, featuring a shower, bathtub, toilet, and two sinks, offers a wonderful spa-like atmosphere and includes a washer-dryer for longer stays.

WORKATION: Ideal for working from home and creative projects. Equipped with two monitors and high-speed internet (100 Mbit/s), the workspace offers optimal conditions for productive work—whether for video conferences, multitasking, or intensive online research. The generous screen space allows you to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, while the fast internet connection ensures smooth streaming and quick downloads.

Creative ENVIRONMENT: Just a 10-minute walk away is the picturesque Weisser See, an idyllic spot to relax and unwind. Here, you can stroll along the lakeside promenade, soak up the sun on one of the many benches, or even swim in the lake during the summer.
