  • Our quiet and sunny 1 room apartment is located in the heart of Berlin - Schöneberg, directly on Nollendorfplatz. The apartment has a spacious living - bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with daylight and was renovated in 2010. The apartment has a comfortable double bed. Fully equipped kitchen for 2 people. TV with many cable programs, WiFi, stereo, storage space for luggage and clothes. The apartment is centrally located with close proximity to the Kudamm, Berlin's famous shopping street and promenade, many restaurants and cafes await you in the immediate vicinity. Central city location with direct and quick access to all Berlin destinations in the west and east. A lockable parking space can be used free of charge. A nice apartment for a nice vacation. You live in a perfect location between City West and City East. Ideally located in the interesting neighborhood between Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the U Bahn and Nollendorfplatz U1 and U2, which will take you through the city in the best possible way. Numerous shopping opportunities, but also lively culture, neighborhood and nightlife are right on the doorstep. The most beautiful Berlin weekly market on Winterfeldtmarkt is in the immediate vicinity.
