Schöne 2-Zi-Wohnung in Charlottenburg

Gemütlich eingerichtetes und neu renoviertes Apartment im Zentrum der Altstadt von Berlin-Charlottenburg, mit separatem Eingang. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen und sorglosen Aufenthalt braucht - ein Smart TV, eine Küche, eine Waschmaschine, sowie genügend Stauraum in einem großen PAX-Schrank. Es werden Handtüchern und Bettwäsche gestellt.

Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine Küche im Wohnbereich mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem kleinen Badezimmer sowie ein Schlafzimmer, dass mit einem Hochbett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet sind. Das gemütliche Schlafsofa in dem Wohnzimmer kann ebenfalls als Schlafmöglichkeit für zwei Personen dienen.

Das Apartment ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn (U7 ‘Richard-Wagner-Platz’) entfernt. Ein 10-minütiger Spaziergang zu der berühmten Sommerresidenz der preußischen Könige - Schloss Charlottenburg - mit einem angrenzenden malerischen Park (perfekt um ein Buch in der Sonne zu lesen).

Zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof sind es ca. 30min. und zum BER Flughafen ca. 1 std.. mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Die Lage an sich ist super, die Ausstattung ist gut und die Wohnung war sauber, aber auch teilweise schon deutlich abgenutzt. Leider gab es Probleme beim einchecken, weil das elektronische Schloss nicht funktionierte. Die Agentur wusste anscheinend nicht, dass das elektronische Schloss abgebaut ist und wir mussten den Schlüssel aus einem Schlüsseltresor holen. Die Bilder des Inserats suggerieren eine sehr viel gemütlicher Atmosphäre mit Bildern, die so aber nicht vorhanden sind. Das Etagenbett ist für Menschen ab 185 cm zu kurz. Das Bad weist Schimmel auf und ist winzig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt einfach nicht. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne

Unterkunft - gut geeignet für ein paar Tage in Berlin

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war so wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Fenster und die Glastür im vorderen Bereich sind aus Milchglas, so dass man nicht herausschauen kann. Das Fenster im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung geht auf einen Hinterhof. Die touristischen Highlights Berlins sind mit Bus oder U-Bahn gut zu erreichen. Dass man Vermieter nicht mehr persönlich antrifft ist ja ganz ok, aber dann sollte die Kommunikation besser funktionieren, zum Beispiel indem eine Handynummer für Telefonate und WhatsApp zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Missverständliche und ungenaue Formulierungen in den Mails führten bei unserem Aufenthalt zu unnötigen Komplikationen beim Check in und beim Check out. W-LAN funktionierte während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht, obwohl wir um eine Beseitigung des Problems mehrfach gebeten haben.

Gute Lage, schlechte Kommunikation

Die Lage der Wohnung war super für unsere Zwecke (Familienbesuch), allerdings war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur wirklich schwierig. Erst weniger Tage vor dem Aufenthalt und erst nach Einschaltung von FeWo wurde ein Zahlungslink gesendet und der Aufenthalt bestätigt. Unter allen angegebenen Telefonnummern war niemand erreichbar (mehrereTage in Folge). Auch die Beschreibung des Check-in Vorgangs war missverständlich, hat letztlich aber funktioniert (bzw. die Türe war bei unserer Ankunft bereits geöffnet). Darüber hinaus sollte man wissen, dass die Wohnung unmittelbar von der Straße aus zugänglich ist (vermutlich wurde ein altes Ladenlokal umgebaut). Insgesamt hätten wir für den Preis mehr erwartet.
