This old-style Berlin penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen for you to use with space to sit and relax, have a drink and watch TV. You'll have your own bedroom with 180cm double plus single bed, a kitchen/living room with one 140cm sofa bed and your own private bathroom. Please note that the flat is located at 5th floor without elevator.

- and of course free access to Wi-Fi

You could not be better located!
You're in the middle of Mitte, where everything happens. Restaurants, bars and cultural experiences are a stone's throw from your front door. The huge green public park Volkspark am Weinbergsweg is also close by.

You're right next to the metro line U8 at Rosenthaler Platz, and a 5-minute walk from Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz on the U2.

Phantastische Lage
Tolle Lage im wuseligen Berlin-Mitte direkt am U-Bahnhof Rosenthaler Platz + Tram-Linien, frischgebrühter Kaffee in der sehr schön eingerichteten FeWo, mit Föhn, Bügeleisen und Induktionsherd. Aber man sollte sein Gepäck in die FeWo im 6.Stock - ohne Aufzug - schleppen können.
Ich hoffe, dass man die Sache mit dem oftmals defekten Türcode am Eingangstor hinbekommt - wir hatten Glück, denn oft kamen uns nach 10min Warten freundliche Nachbarn entgegen und der Service von Homaris steht einem 24 Stunden pro Tag zur Verfügung. An den anderen Türen gab es mit dem Türcode keinerlei Problem.
Man muss wissen: Hat man das Eingangstor geöffnet, muss man sehr schnell zur Tür rennen, da diese sich nur für eine kurze Zeitspanne öffnen lässt.
Aber alles in allem eine tolle FeWo!
