Blev flyttet til andet Quentin hotel efter booking. Ved ankomst fik familien tilbudt to værelser som “kompensation”. Aircondition duede ikke så værelset var 29 grader! Vandet i bruser var kold og ikke fuld bruseeffekt. Ingen mulighed for mørklægning. Smadret spejl på badeværelse

Neues Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Lage war für uns nicht optimal (wenig Restaurants für uns im Umfeld). Wurden in 2 Nächten von lauten Geräuschen geweckt. Schade, Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut!!

Good location in Berlin-Charlottenburg, just off of Kuhdamm. Modern Hotel, fair prices. Not so good: I was given a room in the basement which I didn‘t like, and the aircon was loud.

Berlin Kurztrip :)

Waren für 1 Nacht im Hotel Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Meter vom U Bahnhof Adenauerplatz entfernt also perfekt für einen Städtetrip Der Check In ging schnell aber war auf Englisch das war etwas komisch haha aber kein Problem. Hatten ein Budget Zimmer und wir haben uns nichts viel darunter vorgestellt aber das Zimmer war wirklich toll mit großem Bad und bequemen Bett :) im Zimmer hat man wirklich immer wieder etwas neues entdeckt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig mit allem was mann morgens zum Start in den Tag braucht :) Würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen die ein oder andere negative Bewertung hier kann ich nicht verstehen:) Check Out war sehr schnell und freundlich

Alles lief gut, allerdings war die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang sehr langsam. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer waren ok, könnte aber besser sein. Dafür aber ein großes Zimmer, wobei die Lichter im Zimmer auch nicht ganz optimal waren. Ansonsten gute Lage, kann ich weiter empfehlen

Hotelli huoneessa oleva jääkaappi haisi ihan kauheelta, kuin kuollut rotta olsi kaapissa, hyi helvetti, henkilökunnan täytettäessä jääkaappia, eivät voi olla huomaamatta hirveetä osettavaa hajua mikä tulee heti kaapin sisältä, hotellin rappukäytävät hirveessä kunnossa, vaatisi täydellistä uusismista, Hotelli huone oli kyllä ihan kohtaaisen siisti ja uusittu, mutta muu hotellisaa kaipaa remonttia ja uusimista

En del av hotellet har blivit renoverad, men hissen ? Rummet ok , Bra säng, badrummet rymligt och rent. Continental frukost , inget extra , vanliga pålägg som var slängda under glaskuporna Lugnt läge , lätt och ta sig till city.. Receptionisterna varierande med servicenivån. Hotellet har 4 stjärnor, men verkligheten ger annan resultat, 3 stjärniga basic hotell ingenting annat

Ótimo e moderno, muito bem localizado

O Quentin é um hotel moderno, muito bonitinho e prático. É super bem localizado, em uma rua calma e bem próximo a restaurantes, bistrôs, lojas. A área é alegre, bonita e movimentada. O quarto é grande, lindinho, bem decorado e muito confortável! Cama e travesseiros ótimos! Banheiro grande, bonito, prático - adorei!!!! Atendimento eficiente e objetivo. Uma ótima escolha em Berlim!!!

Det er en skrækkelig morgenbuffet (og vi er ikke kræsne mennesker, f.eks. 1/3 af en brie som f.eks. 9 mennesker spiser, og inden den ene person som betjener hele restauranten har tid til at fylde op, er alle bare træt af at vente på mad..nogen spiser ikke svinepålæg, frugt var gammel og skidt udvalg, kaffe var lysebrun gennemsigtig vand det havde faktisk ikke kaffesmag ..så som 4 stjernet, både udvalg og mængde, og at det var en ringe service i morgenrestaurant svarende til 2 stjernet meget ærgerligt at vi valgte morgenmad til-det var kun pga småbørn ifht så havde jeg vidste det var så ringe af en 4 stjernet havde jeg valgt bageren rundt om hjørnet den var mere Lux og lækker ! Morgenmaden er så vigtig for os og derfor tilvalgte vi den, er ikke kun skuffet men føler os mega snydt !! Alle haner på badeværelserne var forfærdelig, spulede ens tøj til på maven eller længere nede, hvis man var voksen, og ellers var det vandbad i ansigtet hvis det var børn for hver gang der skulle vaskes hænder for hanerne var heller ikke lette at styre (de haner har ikke set noget afkalkning siden installation, formodentlig !) Sølle rengøring, desværre, og noget slidt 4 værelses værelser. Minibar ikke kold nok, føntørre virkede, men var i stykker i håndtaget det var en foldebar model så den sad ikke fast når den foldes ud, så man ren faktisk kunne føntørre hår... området var mega godt ifht til børn og shopping, samt restauranter i området

Good location and fine amenities

The location is excellent near kudam ave . The Japanese receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful . The room was nice . I highly recommend this hotel . The only negative was some dust in room . I think the cleaning service should do better.
