Quietly located but close to BER Airport—12 minutes by bus or 8 minutes by car; the A13, A113, A10, and A100 highways are nearby; Studio Berlin and Adlershof Technology Park; shopping, restaurants, a gym, and an indoor swimming pool are all within walking distance; Union Berlin’s Alte Försterei football stadium is about a 30-minute drive 🚗 away. It takes about 40 minutes by public transport to reach Berlin’s vibrant city centre.
We’ve set up a key box because the keyless door system isn’t working reliably. If possible, I’ll welcome you in person. I’ll email you information about the key box one day before your arrival. Your holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor, to the left of the staircase. Please be considerate of the neighbors in the stairwell and avoid unnecessary noise from suitcases or loud conversations. The municipality of Schönefeld has recently introduced a lodging tax, which I am required to collect and pass on in accordance with regulations. Please understand that you must transfer the lodging tax of 10 euros per night before your arrival. I will send you the details separately. Unfortunately, the booking platforms do not collect the lodging tax. Thank you very much for your understanding.
