Ansprechendes gepflegtes Hotel in attraktiver Lage

Leider gab es wegen Covid19 entgegen der Leistungsbeschreibung -seitens Hotels.com - kein Frühstück. Das Hotelmanagement zeigte sich aufgrund der Irritationen sehr kulant was durchaus dazu führen wird, das Hotel nun häufiger in die Liste der bevorzugten Unterkünfte für einen Berlin / Potsdam Besuch zu bevorzugen. Die Lage ist für Ruhesuchende eine sehr gute Option. Parkplätze im und um das Hotel. Ebenfalls gute Auswahl an Gastronomieeinrichtungen mit jeweils 15 -20 Minuten Gehzeit oder 5 -10 Minuten mit dem Rad. Uferwege am Teltowkanal direkt vor dem Hotel. Matratzen fest. Zimmer sind zum Flur durch Vorraum schallgeschützt und sind bei Bedarf klimstisiert. Zimmergröße unter der Dachschräge ausreichend zumindest bei gutem Wetter. Leider war die Zimmerreinigung am zweiten Tag unerwartet unvollständig und hygienisch äußerst unprofessionell erfolgt, was die Beurteilung der Hygiene negativ beeinflußt.

Schone zimmer, ruheige plazes, schmeckt essen. Nur im Zimmer war keine kostenlos wasser fur gaste. Im Zummer war mini bar mit wasser cola saft und bier aber wir muss ekstra bezahlen und mini bar war bissen teuer

Am ersten Tag wurde das Hotel wegen eines Bombenalarms evakuiert. Wir haben keinerlei Informationen vom Hotel erhalten. Wir mussten uns nach der Rückkehr aus Berlin City eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bei Bekannten suchen. Sonst war das Hotel absolut in Ordnung.

Friendly staff. Good WiFi, no VPN block. Good food in the restaurant. Great continental breakfast, however it was hard to find a clean table with nessecary items on it. One negative point, well two: 1. There were long hairs on the floor in the bathroom, and i am bold... 2. Shower curtain in the bathtub, YIKES...

Sehr unfreundliche Jungs am Empfang, das Bett viel zu hart und es gab null Infos zum Zimmer oder zum Frühstück, wie gehe ich mit der Karte um ??? Die Zimmer zu alt eingerichtet, man sollte schon wenn jemand bucht auf das Alter achten, in welche Etage auch wenn Fahrstuhl vorhanden, man fast 50 jahre alte Leute die Zimmer zu weist.Man sollte auch mit den Gästen reden.

Kurzreise

Wir mussten kurzfristig in einer familiären Angelegenheit nach Berlin reisen. Quasi als letzte Möglichkeit fanden wir dieses Hotel, da genau zu dieser Zeit eine Messe stattfand. Es war ein Glücksgriff für uns! Alles funktionierte reibungslos. Da wir schon recht früh morgens ankamen und zur regelhaften Eincheckzeit unseren Termin hatten, baten wir darum, das Zimmer früher benutzen zu dürfen. Das klappte wunderbar, Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr angenehm, liegt wunderschön in ruhiger Lage und der Service scheint gut zu funktionieren. Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Danke dafür!

Leider waren die Betten sehr schmsl und hart. Nachdem wir uns ein Topper besorgt haben, konnte weniges die härte korrigiert werden. Half natürlich nicht gegen die schmalen Betten 1,60 ist nicht unbedingt das was ich in einem 4 **** Hotel erwartete.
