The location was perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to public transportation and grocery stores. Apartment was very clean and Matteo was very attentive! Would definitely stay there again if we return to Berlin.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

My colleague and I stayed at the apartment for a week on a work trip to Berlin. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The area Moabit has lots of nice cafes and restaurants and excellent transport links.

Delightful Place

We enjoyed staying at the Happy Place. It was very clean and the amenities were fantastic. Matteo was absolutely delightful and very helpful. The location is across from a Cafe, which was great but it could be a bit noisy late at night sometimes. Nevertheless, the location is perfect for touring Berlin.

Absolutely wonderful apartment!

We spent a week here and it was a wonderful apartment - so comfortable and in a great location. Lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store if you want to cook. The subway is also very close but it was also fun to walk! Felt safe and very comfortable. Really felt like we were living in Berlin. We will definitely be back!

Was as advertised and the location was very convenient with quick access to Trams and Underground. Check-in instructions left a bit to be desired but the property manager sorted out pretty quickly and came by personally to ensure that all was in order.

Cozy property in a very pleasant neighborhood

Clean, cheerful and bright, with all amenities needed (washer/dryer, cooktop, refrigerator, etc...). Comfortably warm, good hot water (we notice these things after spending a chilly evening in the Christmas markets). Nice, tree-line neighborhood, good access to two U-Bahn stops, and easily findable by Uber. Grocery stores nearby. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Spring Break in Berlin

We had a fantastic time getting to know the city. The apartment was in a great location to walk or transit all over the city. The space is bright and open and had everything we needed for our almost two week stay. Matteo was so helpful with getting sorted and even left little treats for us. The neighbourhood was full of neat places to eat and grab a drink. The little bar on the corner was a treasure. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend it for a stay in Berlin.

Perfect for us

The accommodation was exactly as seen in the photos. Modern, clean and with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable and being able to wash and dry our laundry was great. It is located in a suburban neighbourhood which worked for us because we were staying for 5 nights. It's quiet and feels safe. It took a couple of days to get to the hang of the public transport system and once we did it made travelling to the main tourist attractions easy. There is a tram stop down one end of the street, a U-Bahn station within 5 minutes walk and also buses. Matteo was very good at communicating with us - we had quite a few questions before we arrived. We were also able to check-in early on our arrival day which we greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't want to stay in the bustle of the city. It's a lovely apartment.

Wonderful modern, clean, comfortable and well located apartment!

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay in this apartment. It is very nice, comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms are modern and showers were awesome! The location worked great for us as it is a short walk to a tram stop and also a U-Bahn stop. There is large Kaufland grocery store nearby with everything you could want! We cooked dinners and found the hot plate worked great and there is also a new air fryer. The Nespresso machine, with lots of coffee pods was very much enjoyed. There is a huge TV with streaming options. Washing machine and dryer worked well. We were able to check-in early on our arrival day which we greatly appreciated. Entry to the apartment is with the Nuki app. It permits operation of 2 different locks on the same screen- top circle for the outer door to the building and bottom circle for the door to the apartment down the hall on the right. Each door is to be unlocked with Nuki when standing in front of it. Some instructions about this sent out in advance would make the whole process very straightforward. Matteo and Tim were very welcoming and accommodating. They are responsive and committed to ensure you enjoy your stay at My Happy Place. We would definitely return for another enjoyable stay and highly recommend it.

Fabulous and perfect location

This apartment is gorgeous. Large living room with a sectional sofa plus a wide cane chair. Open to the kitchen. High window placements that show the beautiful trees on the street. 2 large bedrooms with double beds and 2 large bathrooms. Wide screen tv. Apple phone chargers in bedrooms and kitchen. The kitchen has all sorts of little extras like sugar, tea and other condiments. I haven’t seen this in any other vrbo rental and I’ve rented many. The location is just perfect. Beautiful tree lined street. Quiet. You can hear the birds chatting. Very calming. 5 min walk from a Main Street, Turmstraße , where you are a 5 min walk from Berlins wonderful subway system. On Turmstraße there’s restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, doctors, dentists etc although there’s another small supermarket just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. I could be happy living in this apartment. The owners do a great job of explaining how everything works. I highly recommend a Vietnamese restaurant a few mins walk away, across the park, off Turmstraße called Song Lam 37. I just can’t say enough lovely things about this apartment and highly recommend it.
