Great budget stay in Berlin

A good budget stay in Berlin with convenience store and a hotdog store nearby. Could be busy on weekends. Location is brilliant as it is literally next to the U Bahn entrance for Line 6 and 7, easy to go to anywhere. Takeaway/ doner shop downstairs and 24 hour front desk is good. It was a bit loud as the room was next to the main street but generally felt safe and happy with the room.

Pros: luggage locker, private room for cheap, good room with windows and small bathroom, free breakfast, they let us use the microwave behind the front desk, community feeling, right by the U metro and lots of food options Cons: can hear noise through the halls and there was a large group staying here but it didn’t cause disruption in the night.

A free breakfast included 7am to 10am included 3 choices of sandwich meats , cheese slices, coffee teas milk, cereal.kilk juice yogurt, fruit cocktail, breads, bun,Butter/Jams. The reception staff were patient and helpfull in giving directions map for subway/ train as I don't speak German. It was quiet albeit it was Christmas eve.

Extremely hot in the summer. There were three windows in our room and we could only open one halfway. Mainly young people—very loud and inconsiderate of other people sleeping. The beds themselves were decently comfortable for a twin bed we packed two people in. Surprise €10 charge for sheets. Male staff were kind of sexist in a weird way—they completely ignored me until my bf said something to them. Female staff were extremely helpful and very kind. All staff spoke some amount of English and German. Lockers in room, but you have to buy a lock at the front desk—€5. Towels not provided. We had a private bathroom that we shared with 6 other people. It had black mold growing in the grout. The ground in the public bathrooms were constantly soaked with at least an inch of water 24/7.

Not worth it. Only thing good is the location, but there are plenty other cleaner, more organized hostels to stay at.

Was'nt expecting much but also did not expect the place to be smelly and unclean. Had to ask for extra bed-sheet (for extra 5 Euros) as non of the bed looked clean. Commom bathroom is not frequently cleaned. Shower cabinets with no curtains, just translucent doors. 1 of the 2 toilets is closed all the time. Unlimited breakfast: basic but okay for the price. Stay was okay this time but probably won't book again the next time I am in Berlin.

Hostel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Zentral gelegenes Hostel mit Frühstück und großem Zimmer in sehr belebter Umgebung! Betten waren sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich!

God service og placering

Vi overnattede 7 dage. Hurtig check in. Virkelig god hjælpsom service. Vi fik et værelse for os selv ( 1 voksen og 2 børn), og der var fint ro fra andre gæster. Intet larm fra selve hostel, men ude fra gaden, var virkelig meget larm fra den store vej. De store vinduer var tynde, og da det var virkelig koldt udenfor, kunne man mærke der trække ind i rummet. Vi spurgte dog til ekstra dyner og det fik vi uden problemer. Herudover fik vi ikke skiftet håndklæder automatisk eller fik opfølgning på sæbe, men jeg spurgte til håndklæder og fik nye uden problemer. Rengøring var tømning af skraldespand. Fint varmt og dejlig bad. Generelt var servicen rigtig god. Morgenmaden var også fin til prisen. Virkelig god placering ift. metro, som ligger lige ved siden af.

Es un hostal sucio mal oliente y no tiene aire acondicionado como lo anuncian. No lo recomiendo, no pude dormir ni una noche allí y no me devolvieron ni un centavo. Mienten sobre los servicios y comodidades.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral direkt an einer U-Bahnstation. In der Umgebung findet man verschiedene gute Essensangebote und kostenfreie Parkplätze. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht und eines zum Hinterhof und eines zur Straßenseite erhalten. Der Lärmunterschied ist deutlich zu merken. Das sollte man eventuell bedenken. Die Zimmer selbst sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten. Der Speiseraum erinnert an eine Schulküche. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
