An sich hat es uns gut gefallen, das Personal war sehr freundlich, bis auf den Wunsch hin, dass unser Zimmer sauber gemacht wird, durften wir das Zimmer selber putzen, obwohl die Putzfrau vor Ort war.

Das Hotel ist günstig und hat zugleich alles, was man von einem Hotel erwartet. Das Personal war immer zu erreichen und stets freundlich. Allerdings scheint es wohl teilweise Probleme mit dem Computersystem zu geben. So wurde zum Beispiel unser Zimmer versehentlich an neue Gäste gegeben, obwohl wir noch eine Nacht gebucht hatten.

Posizione ottima, ma il resto lascia a desiderare. Pulizia scarsa, si metteva l'avviso sulla porta di cambiare gli asciugamani e nessuno li ha cambiati in 4 giorni che siamo stati la. Letti scomodi e stanza caldissima (il termostato non funzionava). Ascensore che dovevi aspettare 10 minuti la mattina per scendere.

Roligt ophold. Centralt placeret og nemt i forhold til rejse med tog. Havde bestilt og betalt for værelse til en voksen og to børn, der var imidlertid ikke et sådan værelse klar, da vi ankom. Vi blev tildelt to separate værelser, hvilket vi ikke ønskede, efter længere snak frem og tilbage blev vi slutteligt tildelt to sammenhængende værelser.

Sauberkeit ging u könnte verbessert werden. Klimaanlage oder lüftung grade bei der wärme,sollte gut u vorallem funktionieren. Sonst alles gut soweit u kann man anderen nahelegen.

Ich kann das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und das Personal freundlich. Am Anreisetag herrschten in Berlin 30 Grad. Im Zimmer angekommen war das Fenster gekippt und man konnte es nicht ganz öffnen, da es abgeschlossen war. Die Klimaanlage ist ein Armutszeugnis. Das laue Lüftchen das da raus kam war leider nicht mal kalt sondern lauwarm. Die Temperatur im Zimmer unerträglich. Zumindest konnte man gegen Ausfüllen eines Formulars das Fenster aufschließen lassen. Das Zimmer an sich für ein Doppelzimmer viel zu klein und zu eng. Gepäck darf man nicht viel bei haben. Am nächsten Morgen beim Duschen bemerkte ich das die Dusche undicht war und das halbe Bad unter Wasser stand. Die Krönung kam bei Verlassen des Zimmers. Überall waren Aushänge, das Techniker ins Haus kommen, die in die Zimmer müssen. In Zeiten von Corona, wo das Hotel ja keine Gäste beherbergen durfte, finde ich, hätte man das auch in der Zeit machen können. Am Tag vor der Abreise kam ich Abends zurück ins Hotel. Neben meinem Zimmer lag der Serviceraum für due Reinigungskräfte. Dort piepte der Kartenleser ohne Unterbrechung. Nach Meldung bei der Rezeption wies man mich darauf hin, dass dies schon bekannt sei aber man nichts tun könnte. Das Personal an sich wirkte dauerhaft ein wenig überfordert. Ich würde es definitiv nicht wieder buchen.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Hbf Berlin, und damit schnelle Anreise zum BER. Leider während Corona keinen 100%igen Service möglch.

Keine Fernseher-Fernbedienunung im Zimmer. Illegale Handlungen: 1.: Es werden Touristen beherbergt, obwohl nur Geschäftsreisende erlaubt sind wegen Corona. Und 2.: Geschäftsreisende werden aufgefordert City-Tax nachzuzahlen, obwohl das nur für Touristen gilt!

One Night Solo Trip
