It’s not a hotel, more like an apartment with kitchen and two bed rooms/diner room in an open-concept. The area is actually pretty good. The entrance to the building is right beside a bar with guys drinking a lot. If you have wife and a 16-year-old daughter like me and you don’t like other guys looking at them like a doctor would, then forget about. Another problem I had is that they have many locations. When you book a hotel tired in a train after having researched hundreds of hotels with different currencies, locations and websites it’s very easy to make a mistake. I booked the wrong location and they simply denied to cancel my booking, even though it was made a few hours before. After almost one hour on the phone I could manage to get them relocate us, but not my initial option because there they had only one unit with some sort of problem. They gave me a third location. Although I was informed by phone that I wouldn’t be charged any difference, I received 3 emails charging me an extra payment and I needed to follow up.

The apartment is not well cleaned and no wifi

It seems they didn't change the bedsheets both in the room and the sofa bed. We found long hair and body hairs on both sheets. The tab is the toilet is broken so we have to wash hands somewhere else after toilet. The kitchen is not well cleaned. There's wifi appears on the connection list but it can never be connected. However, it's a spacious apartment to hangout.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, direkt an der S- U- und Straßenbahn Haltestelle Schönhauser Allee. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, da sie im zweiten Hinterhaus ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut. Hat aber keine Küche sondern nur eine microwelle. Spülen ist bspw. Schwierig. Die Schlafcouch ist eher unbequem. Leider gab es bei uns diverse Mängel - Abfluss verstopft, Wasserkocher kaputt, noch mal in Abfluss verstopft, Türpad funktionierte nicht - die aber alle schnell von limehome behoben wurden. Dennoch, den Abfluss mal ab und an zu säubern, sollte ja auch ohne Reklamation drin sein. Das war schon nervig.

Dejlig stor lejlighed i 2 etager - dog øverst oppe (hvis man er gangbesværet). Super beliggenhed tæt på offentlig transport. Eneste minus var et dårligt fungerende wifi.

・立地がよく、どこに観光に行くにも便利です。 ・チェックイン、チェックアウトが簡単にできます。出発前のホテルへの連絡方法が心配でしたが、Expediaの「旅程」ページ内にある「ホテルにメッセージを送信する（英語だとMessage hotel）」というリンクからメッセージを送れ、そうするとすぐに返信をしてくれます（FAXを送っても連絡は来ませんでした）。 ・アパート周辺からアプローチ、室内に至るまで雰囲気が素敵で、 ベルリンに住んでいる気分にさせてくれます。アパート周辺は静かで安全な雰囲気です。 ・気になった点は、冷蔵庫を開けると魚のような匂いがしたことくらいでした。建物は古いですが、清潔感はあります。 ・初日の途中からお湯が利用できなくなりました。原因がわからず、もしかしたら時間や使用量に制限があるのかもしれないと思い２日目以降は出来るだけ早く、少なくお湯を利用するようにしました。結果的に２日目以降は問題なくお湯を使えました。

Great apartment in a great location.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy with the sofabed already made up for us. The instructions for entry were very clear and we had no problem getting into the apartment. There was plenty of room for the four of us - maybe another armchair would have been useful? The WiFi was a bit slow but we enjoyed the Netflix! The local area is great with plenty of shops and restaurants and the U bahn station at the end of the street makes it very easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again.

The space is a walk up to the third or fourth floor to an open, clean, great space. Quiet building and great location near to the U public transit line. Lots of coffee shops and places to eat. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location in a quiet courtyard. Felt very safe .Looks exactly the same as in the photos. Overall the kitchen was well equipped but placements and coasters would have been useful. Would have been nice to have a welcome pack with some milk, tea & coffee.

Gunstige ligging, ov, winkelcentrum, bakker allemaal om de hoek. Zeer rustig apartement in de stad. Lekkere restaurants in omgeving. Markt op zondag Mauerpark een aanrader. Grote keuken en badkamer. Zeker de moeite waard!

Great apartment, but please fix the wifi

Good, spacious apartment in quiet area but close to all the hotspots in Prenzlauer Berg. Could easily fit 6 people, although the double bed upstairs folded out in a strange shape, so thankfully 2 of the 6 were kids who could still sleep on it. Good to be on separate floors with lots of space and privacy. Wifi was unstable at best and not working most of the time.

prima loft

prima loft in een leuke buurt. toen wij aankwamen konden we het appartement in het gebouwd niet vinden. tip loop helemaal door naar achter. door twee tuinen en het laatste gebouw is het. Wi-Fi redelijk goed. keuken echt super. badkamer super. slaapkamer goed . bedbank slecht voor volwassenen. voor kindjes wellicht prima. lekker warm huis ligt in een leuke buurt. 3 minuten van schonhauser allee u en s bahn. genoeg bakkertje en supermarkten in de buurt goede en goedkope Indiër en Italiaan op 3 min lopen. tip. parkeer je auto in schonhauser allee arcade. Dit is 5 euro per dag en staat dan in de parkeergarage.

Great Apartment......

Really nice apartment, close to my work. Getting into the apartment and then staying is easy. The kitchen is well appointed so cooking is easy but there are also a lot of restaurants nearby.

Glimrende lejlighed!

Virkelig fin lejlighed (især til prisen) med masser af plads! Velholdt, ren, gode senge (omend større folk end min kone og jeg muligvis vil finde dobbeltsengen lidt smal), rimelig stille ejendom, og glimrende central placering i forhold til stort set alt i Prenzlauer Berg. Men også gaderne lige ved og omkring lejligheden rummer i sig selv flere hyggelige steder. Bortset fra at vores 1-årige datter var syg det meste af ugen, kan vi ikke beklage os over noget. Wifi var en smule ustabilt i den ene ende af lejligheden, men det fandt vi ud af leve med! Kontakt med stedet foregik udelukkende via e-mail, men helt problemfrit. Nøglerne henter man i en boks og lægger fra sig i lejligheden bagefter - meget simpelt.

We loved the style and cleanness of the apartment but it was not super comfortable overall as we had asked for a crib for our baby, as the description said it was available, and were disappointed not to find one on arrival. For this reason we had 2 pretty uncomfortable nights :( so I suggest double-checking before booking if this is a break dealer for you. However the apartment was lovely, just like in the pictures, close to train station and shops, and we were allowed to check in early. We booked the shuttle from the airport too and everything went smoothly.
