The bright apartment without sloping ceilings is located on the second floor of a well-kept housing estate and can be reached via a large green area with a small playground. The large windows look out onto a very quiet side street with lots of greenery. Public parking spaces are available around the residential complex.
In the living room there is a table and chairs as well as a comfortable couch and a TV cabinet with TV incl. streaming option, DVD player and HiFi.
A USB charging facility is also available.
In addition, a small desk with office chair offers space for notebook and/or office work. WLAN access is fast + free of charge.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180cmx200cm), bedside tables and a large closet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, 4 hotplates, electric extractor hood and a dishwasher. A coffee machine, toaster and a Senseo machine are also available for guests.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower with shower screen, WC, as well as all necessary bathroom utensils and a large mirror.

+ Gut isolierte Fenster und wärmegedämmter Wohnblock
+ Fenster groß daher helle Wohnung+
+ Fernseher, DVD-spieler, Verstärker, Cassettendeck usw. (von uns nicht benutzt)
+- Altbau
+- keine Mikrowelle aber mit Backofen!
- sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten das Pech, dass der Nachbar eine Party feierte, bis ca 0:30 h. Auf unsere Bitte hin wurde zwar die Musik leiser gestellt, doch die Unterhaltungen wurden in derarter Lautsstärke geführt, dass es sich anfühlte wie im Nachbarzimmer.
Die Bodenbeläge sind nicht top, hat uns aber weniger gestört.

Familien-Freunde-Treffen
Wir waren zu zweit 6 Tage in Berlin, Freunde und Familie getroffen. Waren viel unterwegs, haben auswärts gegessen. Die Wohnung war für uns idealer Ort um alles zu erreichen und ruhige Nächte zu haben. Voll zufrieden. Vielen Dank!
