The property itself is fine, no issues at all. New, clean, etc.
Service is abismal. And no I’m not an angry customer, I had no “problems” per se, but the staff are unfriendly, I didn’t feel welcome, they didn’t want to answer questions, or smile or help in any way. They seemed put out the whole time I was there.
Also any F&B purchases are highway robbery. I accept a markup for hotel, I get it. But 4x markup should not be legal.
