Personalet burde ikke være der. De taler ikke engelsk eller tysk for den sags skyld. Ingen morgenmad. Spurgte om hvor vi kunne få det. Det vidste han da ikke noget om. Måske det er Coronaens skyld, det ved jeg ikke.

ZIMMER war okay, nur Kleinigkeiten

Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber ausreichend. Allerdings gab es in der kleinen Ecke vom Schrank kein Licht, sodas wir mit Handy geleuchtet haben wenn wir da drinn was gesucht haben. Desweiteren gab es keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer!! Und was wir noch bemängeln ist eindeutig die Beschreibung des Hotels, in diesem steht drinnen das jedes Zimmer mit einem Flachbild Fernseher ausgestattet ist... Dieses n TV gab es auch, ABER da war kein Empfang ausser ARD! Und an der Rezeption hieß es dann in einem sehr schlechten Deutsch, das es im Haus gar keinen Kabelanschluss gibt und demzufolge auch keinen TV. WARUM zum Teufel schreibt man das in eine Beschreibung wenn es nicht der Wahrheit entspricht.

Muy cerca del metro,unos 5 minutos que para moverse por Berlin imprescindible. El desayuno bastante correcto, puedes coger lo que quieras. La habitacion cuadruple muy amplia y la calefacion funcionaba muy bien. Las toallas las cambiaban todos los dias. El hotel no es lujoso pero por el precio y con desayuno inclluido es una opcion estupenda para estar todo el día visitando la ciudad.

Check in was easy and reception desk staff were very helpful and spoke English. The room itself was okay, the TV was very small and far away from the bed, the toilet was dirty and there was no toiletries provided except hand soap. The bed was not a double as advertised, instead it was two single beds pushed together. We were on the ground floor and got woken up by other guests every night- however I recognise this is not the fault of the hotel. Otherwise, the breakfast was great- a very traditional European style with lots of choices and the coffee was delicious. We were provided with clean towels every day, the bedsheets were lovely and clean and best of all, beer and other cold drinks for sale at the reception desk around the clock, very cheap. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to all of the main city attractions, but also a 7-8 minute walk to Spittlmarkt underground station. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others, for the location alone.

The location was great easy walk down the street to get to train. I read alot of reviews and i figured well i will give it a chance. the front staff super nice and friendly. I had issue with TV and someone actually came to help me out. That being said not until i walked to front desk since they had NO phones in the room, i have never in 50yrs of traveling never seen a room with no phone what about for safety reasons at least. The room was big but empty weird tall ceilings with tiny picture and small tv on the wall with 4 channels weird. Bathroom was clean and blowdryer included so i was happy. It just felt like the whole place needed a much needed freshen up maybe like the building had been there since the fall of the wall and never updated. The breakfast was ok a few choices, but the kitchen staff super nice with a smile each morning happy to serve. The room for breakfast needed an update seemed so depressing maybe just brighten it up seemed so dark and old i wanted to paint it and freshen it up to start each day

É um bom hotel em geral. As imediações dele não são ideais, mas fica bem perto de duas estações de ônibus e, um pouco além, de duas estações de metrô. Possui quartos espaçosos eu um café da manhã razoável.

Nice hotel

This is a really nice hotel, although it is unfortunate that the lift doesn't go all the way to the top floor, where many of the rooms are located. One has to take the elevator to the fourth floor, and then walk up one floor. The elevator is fine, but the ground floor waiting area for the lift is really old and needing fixing up. The breakfast buffet is really nice. I think the outside of the hotel should be fixed up a bit as well, to look more welcoming to tourists. I stayed there for seven nights.

Its a block away from the nearest underground so if your going for the first time with no wifi plan your walking route before. Its very old so the elevator is small and doesn’t go all the way to the top. Also its just a regular key lock and no safes so don’t leave anything valuable in the rooms. However our room was spacious and breakfast was nice.

Super für einen kurztrip

Für einen kurztrip war es vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber und normal eingerichtet. Die Lage war super man konnte alles relativ schnell erreichen.

מקום טוב בעיקר לצעירים

הגענו ללילה אחד רק בשביל לישון קצת בלילה שלפני הטיסה חזרה לארץ. קיבלנו חדר גדול הכולל ספה גדולה ,שולחן גדול עם כיסאות ומטבח עם כל הציוד הדרוש להכנת אוכל. המיטות הם קומתיים (לכל אחד יש פרטיות - דבר טוב לקבוצות חברים ). המזרון לא היה נוח. בדלפק הקבלה הפקידה לא ידעה אנגלית. המלון במיקום טוב, ישנה חניה בתשלום של המלון או חניה ברחוב הסמוך בתשלום ע"י מדחנים

Good location near check point Charlie. Very basic room with very little room for luggage. The curtain was broken and I had to jury rig a solution. The lobby is on the ground floor, but the hotel rooms are on floors 4&5 of an older building. The lower floors were quite dirty, but the hotel floors were clean, as was the room. There was a lift to the 4th floor, but we had to climb a flight of steps to get to our room on the 5th. The breakfast was not bad. All in all, not a great hotel, but pretty good value.

Die Zimmer befinden sich sowohl im EG als auch in der 4 und 5 Etage. Etage 1 bis 3 wird durch externe Firmen genutzt, so dass jeder im Hotel ein und ausgehen kann. Die Teppiche im Flur auf der 4 Etage sahen abgenutzt und verdreckt aus. Im Zimmer selbst, sah man deutliche Abnutzungsspuren. Das Bett und die Matraze hatten Ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Das Zimmer für 2 Personen war gerade ausreichend, da im Zimmer selbst durch das Doppelbett und einen Schrank ein Großteil des Zimmers belegten. Die Flur in der 4ten Etage war videoüberwacht. Das Frühstück war gut. Von Rührei mit Würstchen über Brötchen und Kaffee mit divesen Säften bis hin zu Obst und Gemüse und Wurstplatten war alles da, was man in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten kann.
