Staff were friendly enough, but hotel is very outdated. As a couple we had hoped to not have to sleep in two separate tiny twin beds. Does not have 24 hour staff or even a minibar.

Business trip layover

This is a decent hotel to stay at for a business trip in this part of Berlin but service left something to be desired. The front desk did not speak English, and I only had one tv channel the entire time I was there.

Kurzes Wochenende von Freitag bis Sonntag im Hotel verweilt. Frühstück Auswahl war zufrieden. Zweck Festival nur die Nächte im Hotel genutzt, konnten somit nicht den Pool oder die Sauna nutzen! Höffliches Personal!

Internetauftritt besser als die Realität :(

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in Alt-Köpenick. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur richtigen Seite bekommt, sieht man die Spree vom Zimmer aus. In den Betten sind normale Federkernmatratzen, die nach ein paar Tagen das Kreuz malträtieren würden. Für maximal eine Nacht ok. . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist einfallslos und aus den 80'ern. Das W-Lan Signal ist stark, doch die Geschwindigkeit ist ungenügend. Die Fernseher sind klein, und das Bild mäßig. Die Dachterasse mit dem Pool, war bei besten Wetter Ende Mai, noch nicht geöffnet. Auf mein Fragen hin warum man noch nicht den Pool benutzen kann, wurde mir gesagt, dass der Pool und die Dachterasse erst noch gereinigt und für den Sommer vorbereitet werden muss.

Unfreundlich! Desinteressiert! Ungepflegt!

Die Zimmer waren schrecklich! Das personal sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Wir wollten Frühstücken und waren rechtzeitig dort eine Stunde bevor das Biffet schliessen würde. Man sagte uns sie hätten schon abgeräumt und wir sollen uns was auf die Teller nehmen und dann schneller essen! Mega desaster!!! Das Hotel riecht unangenehm und ist in einem 80er Jahre stil man sollte es dringendst renovieren!!! Würde dieses Hotel niemehr buchen! Pentahotel ist nahe und viel besser!!

Kleines gemütliches Hotel in der Altstadt ruhige Umgebung an der Spree gegenüber der Baumgarteninsel. Schöne Gegend mit vielen kleinen Kneipen in der Nähe.

kein hotel, eher eine schlafstätte am wasser

freundlicher empfang, man könnte denken, dass man sich in einem hotel befindet liebes kleines zimmer, leider mit verkeimtem teppichboden auch in den fluren :-( das bad war aber die krönung von ungepflegt, rohre seifenspender, dusche usw völlig mit alten kalkablagerungen, für eine nacht eventuell in ordnung, ansonsten spürt man sehr, das diese herberge nur noch betrieben und kassiert wird und nicht mehr gepflegt und in stand gehalten wird, über tag hat man dort nicht die möglichkeit etwas kleines oder grosses zu essen, oder eventuell einen tee oder kaffe zu trinken, man muss für alles ausser haus :-( der pool auf dem dach machte einen vernünftigen eindruck, die zwei stühle die dort standen möchte man nicht benutzen (sehr schmuddelig) und es gab keinerlei sonnenschutz in form von schirmen oder der gleichen, die rezeption ist 24 stunden besetzt-wozu? man darf vor acht uhr nicht selbstständig auf die schöne terrasse, ansonsten ist die unterkunft schön an der spree gelegen und man kann den bezirk köpenick sehr gut fussläufig erkunden

kurze Geschäftsreise

eine Projektbesprechung machte eine Übernachtung am Rand von Berlin notwendig. Dafür ist das Hotel Kubrat in Berlin Treptow empfehlenswert.

Ein Wochende an der Spree

Zimmer liegt direkt gegenüber eines Wochenendgebietes. Dort wird bis spät in die nacht sehr geräuschvoll gefeiert.
