I had a private room and bathroom and this is definitely a value for tourists who need a place to sleep (no spa days at the hotel). Not fancy, but a good value.

Solo female in mixed dorm

I stayed in a mixed dorm - the cheapest option. It was fine, though unfortunately I only had boy roomates, and as a solo female traveller, that made me a little uncomfortable, but I knew the risk when choosing a mixed dorm (female only wasn't available). Our shared toilet smelt like pee from the day I first arrived and till I left, which wasn't exactly a pleasent experience, but soap and toilet paper was always available. Beds were clean, but the rest of the room was quite dirty. In the mornings we had a simple but fulfilling breakfast. Locationwise it's awesome as the nearest bus stop is just 4 minutes away, and if you're fine with walking there are lots of cool smaller places on your way to Mitte, or wherever you may be going :) I'd definitely recommend getting a female only dorm for any solo female travellers out there. I think the couple euros extra it would cost is worth it.

This is a great, no-frills hotel. I stayed here for the Berlin marathon and it fit the bill perfectly. For the price, you can’t beat this. If you’re looking for a hotel with full amenities, this isn’t it, but it’s a great simple clean place to stay with friendly staff who were very helpful. Highly recommend!

bad performance/price ratio

definitely more a youth hostel than a hotel. Long time no refurnishment. Mould in the bathroom. Very loud due to thin wooden floorings, thin doors and windows. Remarkably, they sell earplgs in the lobby like they once used to sell chewing gum. No friendly greetings when arriving at the place (partly customary to Berlin population, but sorry, in a hotel?) Better get used to take the bed sheets off yourself... you are forced to do that here. All together - never again.

Værelset var rent, men spartansk og sengene til den hårde side. Hotellet er billigt så vi kunne godt leve med det. Der var dog meget lydt. Personalet gør det de skal, men derudover ikke noget. Ikke ubehagelige, men heller ikke venlige. Beliggenheden er god i nærheden af U Bahn og der er gode spisemuligheder i området.

Ungünstiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die Bezeichnung Hotel ist mehr als übertrieben, selbst Jugendherbergen verfügen über eine komfortablere Ausstattung, alles ist ausgesprochen einfach bis billig und ziemlich abgewohnt, allerdings ist es sehr sauber, frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche liegen parat und die Zimmer werden täglich aufgeräumt, das Personal ist freundlich, es ist hilfreich, wenn man sich auf Englisch verständigen kann.

Näher am Hostel als Hotel

Zimmer sehr einfach ausgestattet und in abgenutztem Zustand, Betten durchgelegen. Meiner meinung wird mit mit Mondpreisen geworben die durch den Insiderrabatt dann niedrig erscheinen, für das gebotene aber eigentlich zu hoch sind. Werde nächstes mal ein anderes Hotel nehmen.

Passable Unterkunft - guter Startpunkt bei einem Berlintripp - sehr nettes Personal! Einfach aber gute Bedingungen. An Sauberkeit könnte gearbeitet werden, dann wäre man „happier“!

Es befindet sich sehr nahe an U7 Haltestelle. Sparmrkt und Restaurants sind auch paar Minuten zu Fuß. Hotel hat eine kleine Kaffeecke. Dort gab es auch allgemeiner Kühlschrank. Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Manchmal hörte ich den Schritt von oben. Ein kulante Preise für alleine Übernachtung. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen:)

Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Allerdings ist die Sauberkeit teilweise nicht so gut gewesen. Türen hatten Schmutzspritzer und Möbel waren auch nicht immer sauber.

Sauberkeit??? Abfluss???

Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen und kam beim spülen des Wc´s wieder hoch... Leider waren auch zwei lange Haare im Bett. Bekamen dann ein neues Zimmer im 5. Stock!!!! Betten viel zu hart!!!Der Aufenthalt war im ganzen Okay!!!!

Für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen. Wegen Covid- Maßnahmen gab es in Berlin kein Hotel mit Frühstück. Es gab glücklicherweise in der Nähe gute Cafes und Restaurants. Die Durchschnittliche Bewertung beruht auf - stark befahrene Straße vor dem Hotel - Rezeption war zeitweise mit Personen besetzt, die kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch sprachen - das Zimmer war zu warm ( 01. Aug. 2020)
