Situated on the ground floor with direct access from the street, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat while placing you right in the middle of one of Berlin’s most vibrant areas.

The apartment features two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, a separate WC, and a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table—perfect for shared meals and relaxing evenings.

One of the bedrooms offers two double beds, including a stylish loft bed, providing comfortable accommodation for families or groups of friends. Surrounded by countless cafés, restaurants, and local shops, you'll experience authentic Berlin right outside your doorstep.

A Note About the Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the heart of a lively Berlin neighborhood. Although the street itself is relatively quiet, you will definitely experience some of the city's atmosphere and may occasionally hear sounds from nearby bars and everyday urban life. For many guests, this vibrant energy is part of what makes Berlin so special.

Important Information About the Loft Bed

The upper loft bed is a full-size and beautifully designed sleeping space. However, access is via a ladder, which may not be suitable for small children or guests with limited mobility. For safety reasons, the bed has a maximum weight capacity of 120 kg (265 lbs). Please keep this in mind when planning your stay. 😊

Additional Information

Subject to availability, we can arrange an early check-in from 2:00 PM or a late check-out until 12:00 PM (noon) through our cleaning company. The fee is €30 for either service, or €60 for both. Please let us know as early as possible to maximize availability.
