The Space
Designed for up to six guests, this apartment blends contemporary design with carefully curated details. Premium Emma mattresses, elegant furniture by DREIECK DESIGN, a cozy sofa, and a 55-inch Smart TV create a home away from home that is both stylish and functional.

One of the highlights is the bright living room with original stucco ceilings, combining classic Berlin charm with a modern atmosphere. The open living area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, creating the perfect space to cook, relax, or spend quality time together.

The high-end kitchen features Bosch and Siemens appliances, including an oven, microwave, and induction cooktop. You'll also find plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils if you prefer preparing meals at home instead of exploring Berlin’s vibrant food scene.

Another unique feature is the private entrance directly from the street, giving you complete independence while maintaining privacy thanks to a thoughtfully designed entrance area.

Additional Information

Subject to availability, we can arrange an early check-in from 2:00 PM or a late check-out until 12:00 PM (noon) through our cleaning company. The fee is €30 for either service, or €60 for both. Please let us know as early as possible to maximize the chances of availability.
