Ganz viel Schein bei ganz wenig Sein.

Grundsätzlich ein wunderschönes Objekt in Traumhafter Lage. Allerdings scheint hier ein echter Profi die Fotos gemacht zu haben. Die Zimmer und auch die Gebäude wirken in der Realität dann um ein vielfaches einfacher, kleiner und billiger. Auch in der Küche schien es drunter und drüber zu gehen, so dass die gesamte Belegschaft den Eindruck machte als würde sie zwar versuchen das Beste für den Gast herausholen kann, aber dann Dich scheinbar völlig führungslos und verloren war. Ebenso war zu beobachten, dass ein Mitarbeiter bis in die Nacht hinein servierte, und am nächsten Morgen schon wieder das Frühstück vorbereitet. Das kann mit deutschem Arbeitsrecht nicht in Einklang stehen!

Ruhiges Hotel zum ausspannen am Wasser

Das Schmöckwitz Hotel Ansichtsfoto ließ viel versprechen. Der Empfang sehr freundlich. Dann die eigentliche Unterkunft im Nebengebäude war dann solala. Ein einfaches Zimmer mit einen kleinen TV mit wenigen Programmen. Aber sauber ,was immer die Hauptsache für mich ist. Internet,Handyempfang in meinen Zimmer fehlanzeige. Das Hotel liegt dann direkt am Wasser , wo man sich einmal ruhig hinsetzten kann mit einen Tollen Blick auf das Wasser. Essen habe ich dort nicht genutzt und kann deshalb nicht in die Bewertung einfließen.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und voll lösungsorientiert. Auch die Umgebung hat mir gefallen. Wir waren nur für ein paar Tage dort, um bei einer Hochzeit teilzunehmen. Das Hotel als Erholungsort war perfekt, da die Vorbereitungen für die Feier doch stressiger waren als gedacht. Einzig der Geruch in den Unterkünften hat meinen Mitreisenden eher an Altersheim erinnert - mir selbst ist er gar nicht so sehr aufgefallen. Ich würde dennoch immer wieder gern hinreisen.

Abend 23.00. 31 Grad im Zimmer, winziger Ventilator, keine AC, kein Deckenvetilator Eine Entschuldigung und ein Gratisgetränk wäre das Mindeste gewesen ! Ansonsten sehr schön!!!!

Wie waren zwar nur eine Nacht zu Gast in der Akademie, aber wir waren vom Haus, insbesondere vom Zimmer (406) völlig begeistert. Der Empfang sowie die Mitarbeiter beim Kaffee und beim Frühstück waren sehr herzlich. Sollte es uns wieder nach Berlin verschlagen, in diese Region, würden wir gerne wieder hier Gäste sein wollen.

Schönes Haus ... Wir kommen mal wieder :-)

Waren 3 Tage zur Entspannung über Ostern im Hotel,. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist traumhaft und somit auch für Ausflüge an andere Seen unübertroffen. Mein Mann konnte im Brandenburgische Teil sogar angeln, während im Berliner Teil noch Ruhe herrschte Ambiente im Herrenhaus sehr angenehm. Anfänglich gewöhnungbedürftig erschien die Conatinerschlafburg ;-). aber innen alles schön sauber und gute Betten, wir haben prima geschlafen. Auch das WLAN kostenfrei und überall zugänglich

Bra beliggenhet hvis du er på gjennomreise, siden du slipper å dra innom Berlin sentrum. Fint hotell, bra service, rolige omgivelser.
