Phenomenal customer service that was above and beyond! I slipped and hurt myself and needed a doctor and the staff called one for me and the doctor came to the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and lovely and had great amenities.

I did book the hotel knowing that it was a staffless hotel, but I wasn't very impressed. If you want to check-in early you can't and you can't check out late either (even if the website says you can). The one staff that was there was nice, and the hotel was very clean and in a good location.

All in all a very lovely stay, excellent central location, the hotel was very stylish and clean, room was a good size, nice fresh bathroom, and pleasant breakfast area with a nice selection of fresh food. The only two downsides were that the heating in the room was set too hot, and although there was a device to regulate the heating in the room, it didn’t work properly so defaulted to a higher temperature. The other, more minor downside, was that the breakfast buffet was not replenished properly in the last hour of the breakfast. This was however not the case on the last day of our stay when a very friendly gentleman working that shift worked very diligently to refill everything, and also greeted all the guest warmly as they entered.

Hotel is magnificent but not for business

Our Hotel accomodation is just for 3 night. There is no bed and towel changing as an free of charge. If you have a business trip, I' m not sure about long stay maybe 2 nights just for all. At least could be said if you need something please let us know or something like these kindness. Reception all are computer-based, there is no people at the reception.Maybe in summer times will change

I recently stayed at Classik Hotel Hackescher Markt and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into my room, I was impressed by how immaculate it was, incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully presented. It felt cosy and welcoming straight away. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like having an iron in the room, which made things so convenient. The heating worked perfectly during the chilly Berlin weather, and the shower had great water pressure, which was a lovely bonus after long days of exploring. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and genuinely something to look forward to. It was a classic breakfast selection done perfectly, with their own homegrown honey and incredibly fresh, delicious croissants that tasted amazing. It really set us up for the day. A special mention has to go to Supun Chamei, who truly made our stay even more memorable. He was amazing, so professional, caring, and genuinely helpful. He gave us fantastic advice about food spots to visit and which trains to take to get around Berlin quickly and easily. He even took the time to show us how to use the storage lockers and regularly asked how our stay was going. You could tell he genuinely loves Berlin and takes pride in his job, which made such a difference to our experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin. It is cosy, clean, well located, and staffed by people who truly care about their guests.

Bei Begehung meines Zimmers musste ich feststellen, dass das gesamte Bad mit Fäkalien überschwemmt war. Sowohl die Toilette als auch das Bidet sind insbesondere mit Stuhlgang übergeschwappt und das lief bis ins Zimmer hinein. In ein solches Zimmer sollte niemals ein Gast eintreten, das Reinigungspersonal MUSS so etwas vorher melden. Ich fühlte mich mehr als abgestoßen, wobei ich nach Meldung ein neues, kleineres Zimmer bekam.

Personalloser Checkin und Checkout klappt tadellos. Auch die Rechnungszusendung per email mit Firmenadresse sehr gut. Frühstück einfach aber sehr gut mit freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Service.
