Convenient to transport and city centre

Bernhard was very accomodating and kind. The flat is very reasonably priced, with all basic requirements included, safe and convenient to trains to city centre which is ten minutes journey. There is a lift to 4th floor where flat is so accessible for all.

Der Host war sehr freundlich. Aber leider ist die Wohnung nicht gut. Sehr viele Dinge sind kaputt, das Klappsofa klemmt und ist schmutzig, die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, dem Fön fehlt die Abdeckung, so dass Finger und Haare in den Propeller geraten können, der Duschkopf fällt herunter, die Möbel scheinen alle vom Sperrmüll zu stammen.Es gibt keinerlei Vorhänge oder Rollos vor dem Fenster.Das Geschirr und die Töpfe waren so schmutzig, dass ich sie nicht benutzen mochte und Spülmittel war auch nicht vorhanden.Das Bad war einigermaßen sauber, allerdings der Schlaf-/Wohnbereich nicht.Alles sehr schade, denn eigentlich ist es eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage, aber sehr ungepflegt und lieblos.Für alle, die lärmempfindlich sind: die Wohnung liegt direkt an der S-Bahn.Für diese Qualität finde ich den Preis zu hoch.

Noch nie so unsauber und defekt verreist

Alles fing damit an, dass wir doch früher von der Arbeit weg kamen und nicht um 23 Uhr, sondern um 20 Uhr da waren, check out ist ja bis 13 Uhr müsste also passen: Nein!Wir sind dann also nochmal weg um einzukaufen.Als wir wieder kamen, war er fertig.Wir haben den Wasserkocher 2x entkalkt. Das Lattenrost war defekt, das Sofa ist kaputt. Der Schrank staubig. Der Spiegel im Badezimmer war sehr fleckig, die Duschtasse hatte einen Schimmelrand und die Dascharmatur ist defekt.Ach der Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht und an allen Steckdosen wurde es sehr heiß, nicht zu vergessen das Fenster, da stimmt auch etwas nicht mit. Das Geschirr vom Vormieter stand noch zum abtropfen dort...Nein, Danke.... dort nicht noch einmal!Abgesehen, von der Lautstärke!

Bilder und aktueller Zustand sind nicht stimmig. Sehr schlecht bis garnicht geschlafen. Große Geräuschkulisse der unmittelbaren Gleisanlage...in kurzen Abstände fahrende Züge mit offenem Fenster nicht auszuhalten..Küche ;Geräte ;Geschirr nicht genießbar zuverwenden.

Die Wohnung ist eine Zumutung! Völlig ungeputzt, Betten nicht bezogen, Matratzen und Decken fleckig, Zudecken fadenscheinig und dünn, Fenster baulich nicht richtig verankert, Mobiliar einfach bis schrottig, Sofa fleckig, notdürftig mit Tüchern abgedeckt Dusche versifft

Die wohnung ist mit Sperrmüll eingerichtet. Das schon schlimm genug zudem total dreckig. Basissachen wie Tassen oder Toaster sind nicht vorhanden..bettwäsche reissverschlüsse kaputt.. Lauter Lärm da Bahnschienen direkt gegenüber.viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt.
