Schöner Bungalow aus der DDR Zeit.Mobiliar nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß aber wer die 60er mag ist hier gut aufgehoben.Sonst ist alles da, was man zum Urlaub braucht.Ein großes Manko was garnicht geht,ist das Bettzeug.Diese ist schon sehr alt und für keinen Gast mehr zumutbar!!!!Bettdecke und Kissen vergilbt und stark verschmutzt, muss dringend getauscht werden!!!! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett....Wenn die Fehler behoben werden und die Ansprüche der Gäste nicht zu hoch sind, kann man gut Urlaub machen.Familie Heimann

Aardige host, mooie locatie

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad op deze locatie. Het was gemakkelijk met het OV in Berlijn-Mitte te komen. De gastheer was aardig en voorkomend. Op vragen werd meteen geantwoord. Het leefgedeelte van de bungalow vonden wij klein, vooral het douche- en -toilet gedeelte (eigenlijk te klein), wat we ook niet als heel hygiënisch ervoeren (schimmel onderaan het douchegordijn). Terwijl de slaapkamer met drie bedden juist mooi ruim was. De veranda waar je overdekt kunt zitten, was een uitkomst voor ons. Het onderhoud van de bungalow vonden wij matig, waardoor het een verouderde indruk maakte. Wij kozen met opzet een wat basic accommodatie. Als je dat oké vindt, en veel buiten de deur bent, is dit een leuke uitvalsbasis.

Ruhige Zeit

Die Absprache mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Häuschen ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Grundsanierung mit neuen Möbeln und neuen Jalousien wäre empfehlenswert. Auch der Sichtschutz im Bad sollte anders gelöst werden.
