Nice hotel for couples or business

This hotel is walkable distance from Bradenburger tor, small confortable room in a very quiet zone. The breakfast is good and the staff is very helpfull.

Great location

Great staff and an excellent location to get to the main sights of Berlin - all in walking distance. Also close to many restaurants. The room was a little small but that did not detract from me enjoying my stay there.

Lovely.

Beautiful rooms, clean, convenient location and a lovely staff. Only downside is food, options, no snacks or vending machines after breakfast is served. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and the location was perfect.

Great hotel

Fantastic location only a couple of mins away from the station where most of the train lines run through, including a 30 min direct train to the airport. Room was small but everything we needed at a great price so no complaints. Very clean. Friendly staff :)

My room was a decent size by European standards. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Public transportation is very easy from this location. Mitte is a cute neighborhood with lots of dining options.

This hotel was a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. I cant say enough good things about the staff here. We were treated extremely well. They care about the guests and it shows. In all aspects, the front desk was excellent, the breakfast people were friendly and nice, Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. There was a young man at the desk that was extremely helpfull. I am ashamed I have forgotten his name. Very kind and helpful. The location is great. But you cannot match the service here.

The wifi sucks. They will only allow 3 devices per room to connect to it. The connection speed is terrible. The doors do not lock properly, and someone barged into our room while we were still sleeping. The worst was when the fire alarm went off. I ran down the stairs to escape outside, only to have the front desk staff tell me it was a drill. Then tell me the day before when I checked in? Or at least make an announcement? A quick phone call? Nothing. I seriously thought there was a fire.

Ótima localização Bom café da manhã

Elevador um pouco antigo Ótima localização Café da manhã bom Lockers para deixar mala de mão é um ponto positivo Layout do quarto era um pouco estranho, com a divisão entre chuveiro e toilet para cada lado. As cortinas blackout não vedavam bem a luz.

Hotel in praktischer Lage, Zimmer war sehr sauber und hat alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Das Zimmer war ein bisschen kalt und keine Möglichkeit Temperatur zu ändern, ansonsten aber völlig okay & solide!
