99% a very pleasant, enjoyable and satisfying stay. My only negative was: 1 of the 2 lifts being out of service. And, having to walk up 10 steps to reach the reception desk. For someone with a physical disability this was a challenge. But, otherwise, I loved the hotel and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I will be back!

Hotel behind a turnstile

Generally speaking the hotel was great but one thing to be aware of is that the hotel is inside the gym and to access the rooms you must swipe your key at the gym turnstile. One entry per swipe and as I was only issued a single room key this meant it was impossible for friends to come over for a drink before heading out, or new friends to come back after a drink… Not that that was the focus of my visit, but had I known it to be the case I would not have booked this hotel. That aside, the room was great and the gym facilities are excellent, just be aware that you are staying inside a gym.

This is more of a gym/spa with some hotel rooms, rather than a hotel with a pool and spa facilities. The facility is very clean and smart, but although the rooms are nice, they don't have the feel that I would have expected. The bed was comfortable, but the remainder of the room does not feel like a place to relax. It's worth knowing that if you are going to use the steam room etc. you are not allowed to wear bathing suits...

The swimming pool was mostly quite full because it is not only for hotel guests. It would be better if the swimming pool was directly accessible through the elevator and not having to go through the spa area & partly through the hotel. I really wanted to use the whirlpool but to access it, you have to go through the sauna area and go past the naked people in the sauna area, which was quite uncomfortable for me. Therefore I did not use the whirlpool.

This is more a fitness club - gym with lots of members and turnstiles to enter and exit to your room. It can be exhausting to have to swipe in and out, plus a series of elevators hallways and stairs to get in and out of your room. Dozens of fitness club guests frown upon how slow or quick you negotiate with the turnstiles- German style efficiency is required to stay there. With a child it's nerve wrecking and the mostly aged members have zero patience or interest in your holidays, as they are on a mission to exercise. Friendly staff, but one who was rude when we had to cross the gym floor to get to our room, and my little son jumped into an exercise machine and God forbide all hell broke loose. Then the person went on to broadcast the event in public with his colleagues and other guests and earmarked me for deportation or execution pratically - it was very unpleasant a general experience. Ok for a short stay maybe, if you have small children.
