Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Ask for a room that doesn't face the street -- the interior rooms are relatively quiet. Rooms are a good size, compared to other tiny rooms in mid-range hotels we stayed in Germany. About a 10-minute walk to the UBahn and buses. Safe neighborhood. Several moderately priced restaurants on the block. Room does not have anything to make a cup of coffee or tea.
It’s really good. Located near from one of the main streets in Berlín, Lot of Restaurants and nice places around the hotel is in Really, Good Shape, Comfortable, Room And Bed On The People On The Front Desk Are Really, Really friendly.

A standard euro class hotel.
Nice breakfast
Lift a tad slow...
The Artim is a very charming little hotel. The room had very high ceilings and was very well laid out with enough room for three of us. The beds were comfortable.
It is a short walk to Wittenbegplatz with a metro entrance, shopping and dining choices while being tucked away on a quiet side street. There are also several restaurants on the same block as the hotel.
Our windows opened to the street and we could watch the street which was a good thing because our room did not have air conditioning. It was cool during our stay so it wasn’t a problem for us. It is just something that should be noted during the warmer months. They probably have fans but we didn’t really need it.
Overall I would recommend the Artim.

Perfectly pleasant hotel. Most staff were pleasant and friendly although one staff member was a little sarcastic when I asked about a coffee. Although they were still pleasant overall. Rooms are nice and clean but the lighting in my room was too dim. At night it was very difficult to see in the bathroom at all, and the main room was quite dim too. Some brighter lighting would make the rooms much more useable. My room
Was at the rear of the property and with the window open there was a lot of noise from the main roads, but that is the trade off for a hotel in a good central location.
The elevator broke during my stay, so I have to climb up and down with the stairs. Room was somewhat clean but a tad run down. No sufficient toiletries was provided. So you better ask the staff at the front desk beforehand.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
It's a perfectly serviceable hotel in what I consider to be a very convenient location. The staff are pleasant and effective, the breakfast is quite tasty, and the rooms are decently sized, modern, and very clean. The fact that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning is a bit of problem, and I imagine it's going to become even more of a problem as time goes on since the old "well, they have huge windows and it never REALLY gets the hot in northern Europe anyway" line simply doesn't hold true anymore in any predictable way. I mean seriously: woe unto you if you end up staying here for several nights during a genuine summer heatwave. But during the fall, winter, and spring I think it would be an unquestionably good choice for pretty much anyone looking for a nice place stay in Berlin.

Not impressed
Hotel Artim claims to have four stars. However I fail to see how. Staff in reception is generally rude and uninviting. Towels very low quality. Storage of dirty and clean towels are in the hallway outside room. When cleaning, only very basics are done.
I booked with breakfast. Staff also confirmed this at check-in. Next morning, same lady told me her computer said I had not booked breakfast. I, of course, showed her my confirmation including this. For 10 minutes she kept discussing this, despite the fact that I showed her my confirmation 3 times. No sign of trying to be service minded or forthcoming.
All in all not the best experience with this hotel!
Ett trevligt hotell i ett fantastiskt bra läge. Trevlig personal. Rummet var enkelt men rent och sängen var skön. Hotellet var inte modernt men absolut tillräckligt bra för oss. Åker vi till Berlin igen så kommer vi att bo där igen.
