We got exactly what we thought we were getting and it was perfect for our family. The room was well equipped and staff responsive by phone when we had issues. We would happily stay again.

This is a service apartment in a massive residential building on the edge of Kreuzberg district. Our apartment no 406 was exactly what I saw in photos, and it was slightly smaller. Apartment is not in great condition, several things need to be fixed such as our window which we couldn’t fully close, it was not sealed. In cold October nights, this made our stay a bit challenging especially with our 6 months old baby. Cleaning stuff came two times to ask when we would leave on the day of our check-out, we found it a bit annoying. On the positive side, kitchenette had all essentials, room and bathroom was cleaned well with the exception of the old carpet. Building is safe, and surrounded with many supermarkets such as ALDI and LIDL. Location is quite okay, we could walk to Markthalle and East Side Gallery easily.

We have to call many times to get check in procedure/information. Dirty toilet, so many hairs on the toilet floor. not sound proofing.

AVOID!!

Service was TERRIBLE. I arrived after a day of travel to find I could not get in, because I was supposed to have completed a registration form, which I never received, so I was left standing in front of a locked door, trying to reach customer service, who knows where, who then sent me a form, which I had to complete on my phone, where I could not even read what I was supposed to be agreeing to. Once I got inside, the apartment was much smaller and different than the photos that advertised the place. The beds were uncomfortable. I sent a message to try to get customer service, which went unanswered. I stayed for two weeks and when I requested housekeeping, I was told that was only available for a 50 Euro add on, each time a person came in. The elevator was deathly slow, the room was not well cleaned, most aspects of this place were a disappointment. I would recommend avoiding this place.

DIE Deluxe Suite ähnelt leider einer Jugendherberge, alles komplett verdreckt, keine ordentlichen Betten nichts, für 735€ für 4 Nächte war es ein Alptraum… Teppich 100 Flecken, überall Spinnweben Badezimmer voll mit Haaren 1 Fernseher kaputt, nicht ausreichen Geschirr vorhanden. Bei Anreise Mülleimer noch voll vom Vorgänger, um alles aufzuzählen reicht der Platz hier leider nicht. Auf jeden Fall, kann ich nur jeden von dieses Hotel abraten

Em geral boa estadia.

O quarto era confortável e quente, tinha um chuveiro bom. O unico problema foi o mal cheiro do quarto, pensei inicialmente que tinham usado a cozinha e o cheiro tomou conta do espaço, mas deixamos as janelas abertas, apesar do frio e mesmo assim o cheiro nao saiu. Acho que era do carpete. Detalhe, o exaustor do banheiro era bem barulhento e no segundo dia a tampa caiu, deu pra ver que faltava uma limpeza.
