The apartment, completely renovated with new, high-quality materials, is located on the first floor of an old Art Nouveau building and has a spacious living/bedroom with double bed, UHD TV, workstation with Internet/WLAN as well as a kitchen with dining table and kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave/hot air) and shower room.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a quiet side street between Schillerkiez and Britz, not far from the Hermannstrasse underground and S-Bahn station.
The walk is 400 meters. With the U8 you can reach Alexanderplatz in just 10 minutes. The Berlin city highway (A100) is easily accessible via the Britzer Damm exit.
Restaurants, cafés and bars as well as all stores for daily needs are within walking distance.
