I stayed for 5 nights, with wife and 2 kids. The apartment is family friend, in a nice area of the city, safe and with a pleasant walkable distance to groceries, cafe shops, restaurants, and many attractions. The entrance to Kurfürstendamm underground station is just across the street. Also, easy communication with the property managers. Recommended.

Diane and the staff were v helpful. If you’re used to traveling in Europe and know how to navigate a city this location can’t be beat. It is close to three different u-bahn stops and the major bus lines - and yet it’s still quiet. Highly recommend.

Property itself was great, despite the very uncomfortable sofa bed. The area was excellent for public transport links and shops etc, however the all-night nightclub along the street resulted in little or no sleep every night. Would stay here again but with earplugs!

Avoid at all costs!! The place is a dump and the staff are rude. Furniture is from the 70's and very tired. Also, beware the booking is non refundable for any reason they chose!!

The location advertised on Expedia (central, near the zoo) does not match the location of 2 bed apartments (4 metro stops from the zoo, not central). The apartment was also much too hot especially at night even visiting in spring.

Booked AMC Ku'dam but on arrival we were told that the appartment was 1km away at a less attractive location. Room was dirty, toilet not working on arrival and only got hot water in the appartment on day three. Overall not happy at all

Fint ophold men med mangler.

Vi havde 5 gode dage i Berlin. Lejligheden var desværre ikke rengjort. Vi starte med at vaske gulv ( meget fedtet i køkkenet) og selve køkkenet skulle også tørres af. De to sofaer på billederne var udskiftet til to sovesofaer (fine at sove på) Sengetøj og håndklæder var rent og pænt. Den ene radiator på det ene værelse kunne ikke slukkes og bankede derudaf med varme... Brusehovedholder var i stykker. Manglefuld køkkenudstyr(meget spartansk) Lejligheden er stor og rummelig men ikke hyggelig da der ikke er gjort noget ud af billeder mm. På væggene. Beliggenheden er god forhold til lokal indkøb/ cafe/ restauranter. Fint med P-hus i kælderen og ladestander på shell lige overfor.

Businesswoche in Berlin

Für eine Arbeitswoche in Berlin hatte ich ein Apartment gewählt, um nicht immer ins Restaurant gehen zu müssen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, in Fußnähe zu Ku'damm und Bahnhof Zoo. Check-in war sehr effizient, das Zimmer sehr sauber. Allerdings war die Dusche im Bad halb von der Waschmaschine blockiert und die Küche sehr dürftig ausgestattet, kein Küchenhandtuch, die Küchenmesser gefährlich stumpf. Die Kommunikation erfolgt ausschließlich telefonisch, der Zimmercode wird per SMS und E-Mail geschickt. Der bestellte Handtücherwechsel fand allerdings nicht statt. Parken ist im Parkhaus direkt nebenan zu vernünftigen Wochenpreisen möglich. Insgesamt nur eine mittlere Bewertung.

Wir hatten ein Appartment Richtung Bundesallee und da war es ab und zu lärmig nachts und am Morgen früh. Und halt die Rennfahrer durch Berlin 😀

Dejlig og ren lejlighed. Eneste negative ting var manglende Air Condition pga varmen i Berlin (31 deg C) de dage vi var der. Varmen gjorde det svært at sove om natten da vi ikke kunne åbne vinduerne uden at få larm fra gaden. Under andre omstændigheder (køligere vejr) havde der været meget bedre.

Siisti ja rauhallinen huoneisto

Majoituimme kahden makuuhuoneen huoneistossa, joka oli siis ja tilava. Viereinen kaatuneita häirinnyt, koska ikkunat olivat sisäpihalle päin. Myös talo ja asukkaat olivat vierailumme aikana hiljaisia. Kaikki toimi ja oli siistissä kunnossa. Sijainti kahden metroaseman välissä oli ok.

Bäddsoffan var i uselt skick att använda som säng, vi sov 2st vuxna i den. "Plastigt" underlägg under lakanet. Väldigt bra läge i kudamm .

Vi var afsted som en familie på 6 personer i 2 værelser. Det fungerede super! Værelserne var store og funktionelle. Støjen var minimal på trods af beliggenheden. Vi købte morgenmad i en Lidl, der lå 300 m. fra adressen. Vil klart overveje dette sted næste gang Berlin skal udforskes.

Rigtig dejligt ophold

Der var styr på tingene fra start af. Dejlig modtagelse i receptionen med mulighed for både tysk og engelsk tale, begge flydende. Vi boede denne gang i hovedbygningen mod tidligere hvor vi har boet i et aneks længere nede af vejen. Dejligt værelse med alle fornødenheder og redskaber i køkkenet. Værelset var en smule varmt, men ikke noget der ikke kunne klares med åbnet vinduer og ventilator. I øvrigt forventeligt inde midt i Berlin med 23-25 grader i dagstemperatur og meget lidt vind. Der var en svipser i forhold til rengøringen der sprang os over to dage i løbet af de syv overnatninger, men det var mest et problem i forhold til at vi havde lagt håndklæderne på gulvet for udskiftning hvorfor de stadigt var våde da vi kom hjem sent om aftenen. Men altså, vi er her endnu, og det er ikke noget vi ikke kunne overleve med et smil. Der var sket en eller anden fejl i forhold til parkeringshuset, hvorfor vi kun betalte 13€ for at parkere en uge. Det kan vi bestemt ikke klage over! Alt i alt et dejligt ophold, vi bruger gerne AMC igen ligesom vi havde benyttet dem før.

lidt lejlighed men perfekt beliggenhed

Meget slidte lejligheder, hvor 3 af lamperne ikke virkede og vasken var revnet. Verdens mindste brusebad. Ikke særligt rent da vi ankom, men efter første rengøring var det fint. Men fantastisk beliggenhed og personalet var venligt.

Gut ausgestattet für unseren kurzen Familienausflug, gute Lage (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Busse) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. in direkter Umgebung. Da wir keine ausgiebigen "Hotelfrühstücker" sind und auch keine Zeit für "Hotelleben" hatten für uns ideal.

Gute Lage, sauberes Appartment

Gute Lage, freundlicher sowie hilfsbereiter Empfang. Preis /Leistung sehr gut. Die Aussicht und auch das Gebäude ist zwar nicht sehr einladend, doch war unser Zimmer groß, günstig und sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.
