Very convenient

We stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very clean. The area is super quiet, plenty of restaurants around, very accessible, next to a tram that brings you straight to a train station. Only 1 stop away from the airport and not that far from downtown. The staffs were very accommodating.

Good hotel in good location for airport

We stayed here as we had an activity close by. Very handy for Adlersof metro stop out of Berlin. Room was a good size with a seperate lounge / kitchen area and very comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and engaging. The only downside was that the sofa bed had no blankets (soon rectified) and the shower drain was not working well (reported). I would recommend

The room and bathroom were clean. The nicer rooms are definitely comfortable. The A/C was powerful. It is rare to have effective A/C in Germany, and I'm very glad it actually worked at this hotel! Breakfast has good variety and quality. We enjoyed our stay.

Albeit the hotel itself is pretty OK (only the elavator is kind of stange located) the was such an unfriendly lady from staff at check in that this unplaesant behaviour overshines our whole stay. We even decided to have no breakfast because of the "welcome". We rented the Premium Apartment for our family, the "fully equipped kitchen" has NOT the advertised stovetop and no kitchenware at all, 2(!) coffee mugs with teaspoons only;( Als o the sofa bed offers zero comfort for adults, the mattress is heavily worn out.
