Very clean and comfortable room with expansive views across Berlin. The front desk staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent. Recommend for a short stay in Berlin
This hotel goes above and beyond in everything. The breakfast is delicious, the location is close to the underground trains so easy to get everywhere. Very accommodating hotel with amazing staff. Rooms are always clean, hotel is very clean, has a cozy bar area. The gym is great and has quite a bit of machines to work out on. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay in Berlin.
Very nice hotel with great breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful when we left a bag in taxi.Close to subway and Main Street with coffee shops and restaurants.
The hotel was a quick 5 minute walk from the train station, which made it very convenient. The park next to the hotel was nice for an after dinner stroll. The front desk concierges were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good, nothing spectacular, but got old after a few days. The price was great as well. Unfortunately the bed was hard and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was a fire alarm at 11:30 at night, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
The hotel itself was very clean and modern and the staff were very personal and helpful. I was very unhappy with the location of the hotel. Although it was very close to metro it was full of homeless people sleeping at the entrance and also in the park directly across the street from the hotel entrance. Didn't feel safe to walk alone in the evening.
The room was unfortunately not cleaned as we arrived despite the computer saying so. Not ideal but the front desk team was great and tried everything to correct it and give us a good stay

Parking garage was full and I paid for parking and wouldn't refund me and then I got a parking ticket cause I had to park on the side street at the hotel. Elevator from garage to hotel was not working. Receptionist told us to walk up 6 flights of stairs with our luggage. We walked up the steep hill from the garage and then down the sidewalk to the hotel entrance and then used the elevator.
The room was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

Family vacation, 5 nights. The hotel is ok, not exceptional. It's in the Gesundbrunnen area, not in a walking distance from Berlin center. A big S/U-Bahn station is within walking distance. The neighbourhood is main Turkish with many ethnic shops and reatuarants. The station looks kind of creepy at night but mostly all train stations do. I've been given a junior suite on first floor (that never happened). Windows should be more sound-proof. The streets are noisy and it sounds like having a crowd in your room. The room is spacious, has lots of of closets and two TVs. Unforunately the bathroom is incredibly small and narrow compared to the room. And what's with these transaparent doors latley? You're basically doing your "business" with the whole room to watch. The toilet bowl is right next to the door. The whole family hated it. We all had to move in the living room area when someone was in the bathroom. The shower door has no gasket so the floor fills with water everytime, very messy and possibly hazardous. Plus the shower drips unannounced in the middle of the night startling you.
The breakfast buffet isn't huge compared to other hotels I've been to but it has everything you need and the refills and replacements are fast and constant. The eggs were excellent, btw. The coffee machine had some problems, though. You have to order pancakes and omelettes separately. I haven't tried the restaurant nor the gym. The personell is efficient but a bit distant. Germany, right?
Convenient location to the metro station and close to a shopping mall/eateries. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was an excellent size, super clean, and contemporary finishes. Lots of nice touches like lavender sachets in the evening and slippers in the room. Many electrical ports around the room , and on each side of the bed. Loved having a fridge in the room. The only thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower.
Right around the corner from the train station. Was glad to be staying out a little from the heart of Berlin since a major soccer game was being held and it was crazy there.
