Waren zum dritten Mal da, was ja im Prinzip schon alles sagt. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und ausgesprochen sauber. Danke Dorette: Sie sind eine tolle Gastgeberin. Für uns ist die Lage perfekt wg der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bushaltestelle, beides direkt vor der Haustür. Die stark befahrene Straße stört uns dank der Lärmschutzfenster überhaupt nicht, zumal sie uns binnen Minuten in die Innenstadt führt.

Wunderbar

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Dorette ist eine aufmerksame und jederzeit ansprechbare Gastgeberin, die Wohnung geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet. Pluspunkte sind für uns außerdem die unmittelbare Nähe diverser Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs und der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

1 Woche im Februar 2024

Die Wohnungsübergabe mit der lieben Frau Weilbach war super. Diese schöne Ferienwohnung bietet einem alles was das Herz begehrt. Ich war eine Woche mit meinem Sohn (21) dort. Besonders klasse fanden wir die tolle Küche und den großen Fernseher, den man in alle Richtungen drehen kann. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls einfach nur ganz große klasse und mit einer tollen Beleuchtung ausgestattet. Im Hinterhof kann man bei Aldi, Rewe, dm und einem Schlachter einkaufen. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus/Tram erreicht man schnell alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Einfach perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Fantastic apartment

This is a modern spacious apartment with underfloor heating and double glazing. It's warm and quiet even though its on a busy road. Being next to a couple of supermarkets is very convenient and its walking distance to bus and tram stops. It's got a big TV and WiFi and a spa. We stayed 3 weeks in winter and absolutely loved it!

Perfekt!

Die im OG Geschoss befindliche Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern. Die Küche hatte alles ( und mehr) als man braucht. Die Terasse war gross und zeigte einen Blick auf ein aktives Leben eines Centerparks( sehr interessant). Wir haben uns in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts ( Stadtbesichtigung) sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sie weiter empfehlen.

Moderne und geräumige Wohnung in hervorragender Lage

Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße, dennoch ist es vor allem in den Schlafzimmern sehr ruhig. Sie ist großzügig und modern ausgestattet, zudem sehr hell. Auf der Dachterrasse bringt man bequem 4 Leute unter, bei Sonne von Vormittag bis Abend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können daher nur eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aussprechen!

Schön, großzügig, sauber, zentral

Die helle, schöne, großzügige Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist der Verkehrlärm, den man bei geöffneten Fenstern hört. Wenn man aber tagsüber die schöne Stadt und Umgebung erkundet hat, schläft man mit vielfältigen Eindrücken auf den bequemen Betten trotzdem gut ! - Jederzeit wieder!

Super Ferienwohnung mit bester Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine super Ausstattung und genug Platz. Sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeber an die man sich jederzeit wenden konnte. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten von dort aus auch hervorragend die Gegend erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke und auch ins Stadtzentrum wie auch zum Bahnhof nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus. Einfach super!!!

Eine Ferienwohnung der Extraklasse! Ausstattung, Lage, Sauberkeit und Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut.

Diese bis ins Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die technischen Dinge -TV, Internet- lassen den Aufenthalt zu einer großen Freude werden.Pkw , Fahrräder finden viel Platz auf dem Grundstück. Die Bushaltestell ist vor dem Haus.Die sehr freudlichen und hilfreichen Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar. Man mag gar nicht wieder abreisen.Wir kommen mit viel Freude jedes Jahr wieder.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Ob Parkplatzsituation, City-Lage, Italiener gegenüber :) oder das Wasserbett und die tolle große Küche. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese Unterkunft und Potsdam an sich, sehr gern weiter!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und hochwertig ausgestattet. Viele tolle Details verraten dem Urlauber, dass sich hier jemand viele Gedanken gemacht hat. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist praktisch gelegen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Vielen Dank für diese super komfortable Wohnung ! Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt , es gibt nichts , was wir vermisst hätten , die Dachterasse konnten wir sogar richtig nutzen , denn das Wetter war, wie die Wohnung , ein Traum ! Sehr schöne eingerichte Ferienwohnung mit Stil

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sie stellt sich genauso dar, wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist recht zentral, vor der Tür ist die Bundesstraße, dass sollte man wissen, ein Blick auf Google Maps erklärt da viel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, Aldi, Metzger, Bäcker, Apotheke, Post und Sparkasse alles in unmittelbarer Nähe, keine 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlem, auch der Mietpreis geht für diese Ausstattung der Wohnung in Ordnung. Nachdem wir nun Potsdam besichtigt haben, werden wir uns für die anstehende Städtereise nach Berlin wieder hier einmieten.

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft in großzügigem, modernen Ambiente

Eine Woche Potsdam lässt sich in diesem Feriendomizil sehr gut genießen. Freundliche Vermieter, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung und gute Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß oder mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittels für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Potsdam zu bieten hat. Die Lage direkt am Einkaufszentrum und an einer der Haupteinfallsstraßen bietet schnelle und unkomplizierte Versorgung, ist aber ein nicht unerhebliche Lärmfaktor. Abgesehen davon kann man die Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
