Lovely apartment with good links to the city

The apartment was clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable, as were the sofas. The kitchen had everything you need. The bathroom was very large including a four piece set which was lovely. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The only reason we have not rated it 5 stars overall is that we would have liked to have sat outside in the garden but that was essentially scrubland. Also, we would have benefited from an iron and ironing board, a welcome basket with basic food items such as bread and butter (we arrived in Sunday when all shops were shut), and information about local amenities (restaurants, buses, trains etc). However, theses things were fairly minor to what was a very good stay.

Prachtig huis

We hebben het prima naar onze zin gehad. Door omstandigheden die vooraf waren gecommuniceerd kregen we de bovenwoning i.p.v. de benedenwoning. Doordat we toch maar weinig in het huis zijn geweest, was dit geen probleem. Berlijn en Potsdam zijn prima te bereiken vanaf het verblijf.

Da wurde an alles was der Gast benötigt gedacht

Wir waren als 6 köpfige Familie für 3 Tag zu Gast in der Wohnung. Man spürt schon beim ersten reinkommen, das die Gastgeber sich hier besonders viel Mühe gegeben haben. Nicht nur die moderne und farblich wunderbar angestimmte Einrichtung. Sondern besonders die über dem Standard enthaltene Ausstattung. Das beginnt bei mir damit das tatsächlich für die Anzahl der Personen genügend Geschirr, Besteck und Handtücher vorhanden sind. Eine Küche in der ausnahmslos alles enthalten war, das man für ein paar Tage braucht. Geschirrspültaps,Backpapier, Kaffee mit Vollautomat, Waschmaschine mit Trockner . Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem TV ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bezogen und nicht nur Bettwäsche bereitgestellt. Also absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden sicher mal wieder kommen.enthaltene

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous n’avons manqué de rien et le logement était propre. Un petit peu éloigné des premiers bus mais sinon tout était parfait !

Verlängertes Wochenende

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung , auch gut der zweite Kühlschrank ! Es sollte mal an ein Fliegenschutz ( Mücken) bei einzelnen Fenster nachgedacht werden. Mein Fazit , Ich würde diese Wohnung wieder nehmen.

Nicht Empfehlenswert !!!

Bei Ankunft war die Ferienwohnung unsauber (beim Barfußlaufen sofort schwarze Füße-nicht gewischt). Die Außenanlage war total verwildert. Beim Hineingehen hatte man sofort Schmutz in den Schuhen. Keinerlei Möglichkeit des Außenaufenthaltes am Haus, da alles verwildert. Kein vernünftiger Parkplatz (Sprung über Kieshaufen erforderlich, weil Bewohner Parkplatz besetzt hatte) Keine Angaben über extremen Fluglärm (Einflugschneise BER). Trotz Neubau keine effektive Wärmedämmung (extreme Hitze in den Räumen, Lüftung durch Hitzeperiode > 30 °C nicht möglich!). Keine Gebrauchsanweisung für elektrische Geräte vorhanden! Fazit: trotz überteuerten Preises ungenügend !!!

Große und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit drei großen Schlafzimmern und guter Ausstattung. Günstige Lage, um Berlin oder Potsdam mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang und Check-inn. Liegt in einem Einfamilienhaus-Neubaugebiet, Außenanlage des Hauses war noch im Bau. Leider nur eine Toilette für 6 Personen.

Stylische Ferienwohnung

Wir waren eine Nacht in der Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war super nett. Und auch der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung ist stylisch, hübsch eingerichtet. Wir haben lediglich einen Wasserkocher vermisst. Alles prima. Gern wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.
