"Como resumen: la construcción es increíble, recreando una auténtica hacienda. El personal es fantástico, especialmente Fatima, la recepcionista. Pero hay una clara falta de personal y de coordinación, que finalmente se resuelve gracias a la buena voluntad de los empleados. Llegamos a las 8pm y nuestra habitación estaba sin hacer, otro día no cambiaron las toallas… Todo resuelto gracias a la buena voluntad de cada uno de los empleados a los que acudimos con el problema. However, we wouldn’t stay again as we experienced serious issues with cleanliness and felt the staff could have done a lot better to put things right and make us feel welcome. "The place is basic and old, but fine and sufficiently equipped. Some teems have a great view, all guests have access to a common balcony, kitchen and living room.
