"We visited Zafra as the first stop of our tour of Extremadura and were very happy with this hotel - historic building ( old castle and pretty courtyard ), lovely room , friendly helpful staff and had a good lunch from the cafe sitting in sunny courtyard ( including delicious vegan option for my wife ).Only a couple of minutes walk to the main square and cheap parking available just outside the hotel .Would stay here again - not too far from Seville airport , so very convenient after flight. ."

"Great value and a good location if you’re wanting a little more space outside the confines of Mérida. Situated at a shopping area, you can walk to the big supermarket, and restaurants. Hotel a tiny bit dated (old shower tub in the bathroom) and the balcony would have been nice to have chairs, but the pool was unexpectedly quite nice, especially in the heat of the afternoon."
