"My stay was pleasant, staff very helpful and kind. I've arrived by night and couldn't see the main entrance from the parking lot, FYI it's on the left."

"Nice for an airport hotel nothing crazy but I was there for 5 hours to sleep before my flight, nice bathrooms and a very big room. Definitely some strange characters in and around the hotel. My guard was up as a solo female traveler but it was fine overall. No shuttle from the hotel but if you walk across the street you can catch a bus to the main terminals "

"Tommy’s really nice and comfy and Breakfast was amazing. Also, for £6, you take the Heathrow Hotels Shuttle and they drop you in front of the hotel. Great stay. "
