"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"My wife and I stayed 2 nights and found the loft very comfortable and private. Filipa allowed us to check in early which was so kind, as we had just arrived after a long flight from Canada and were in need of a rest. You can easily walk to the heart of the old city and there are ample options for public transportation just 5 minutes walk from the front door of the loft. I highly recommend this property. "

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "
