"Stayed in room 107, it smelled bad. It smelled of septic tank. Couldn’t get a dinner reservation, that’s on us for not booking ahead, turns out that they had a few events and weren’t staffed appropriately as they did have about 6 tables empty. Because of that we were told that we couldn’t get room service either. Not really what I would expect from a 4* hotel. Internet is rather slow unless you are standing next to the door, the usb chargers only work off you have the lights on (can’t charge...

Very quiet village, with no restaurant or bars, and we weren't aware the host would cook meals on request. Our only complaints were not being able to eat in our room and new towels are required! "Personal, Abendessen und Frühstück großartig! Die beiden Damen waren rührig und stets für jeden da! Aber 2 Angestellte für ein großes Hotel definitiv zu wenig. Aschenbecher im Außenbereich wurden nicht geleert, tote Käfer auf der Terasse und Vogelkot. Die Lüftungsanlage viel zu laut und nur 1 Handtuch im Badezimmer. Und dann hieß es zunächst noch, mein Zimmer sei nicht bezahlt. Musste erst Kontobeläge runterladen, dass per Expedia längst alles bezahlt war... aber sonst alles gut;)"
