Amazing spot in the center of Bergen

The location could not be more perfect. The apartment is large, clean and was ideal for our trip to Bergen.

Great property in a super convenient location

This is a terrific apartment situated close to the main attractions of Bergen. All of the conveniences you could need are a short walk from the unit. The host has created an app that is easy to use and has lots of helpful information. Overall, this was a great choice. There were some relatively minor things that could be addressed to make it a five-star rating in my opinion: 1. The app, while helpful, does not have critical pieces of information (e.g. using the fob to enter the building; the need to hit the * key to lock the apartment door upon exiting, etc.). 2. There were three different people communicating with me about the stay (Jonas, Mughees, and Arion (sp.?). I have no idea who is who and why three different people were involved. A single point of contact would have been better. 3. The vast majority of times I've stayed in a VRBO, the host shows up for check-in, greets you and shows you a few things within the unit. That did not occur, and it's a mistake in my opinion. As examples, explanations on the heating units and the TV remotes could have been given and spared us some time having to figure each of these out. 4. In general, the unit was thin on supplies. We got two small bath towels and two hand towels - no face cloths, no shampoo, no conditioner and very little handsoap. There was no coffee and no sugar in the kitchen. I get that hosts can't supply everything but a few basics would be nice. 5. Sidetables are needed in the larger bedroom.
