Do NOT stay here in the summer months! It is listed as having air conditioner but is really just one small OLD living room unit that barely works and nothing in the bedrooms. Since it’s an attic apartment on the fourth floor all the heat from the building rises and there are only tiny attic windows to open for any kind of breeze. We had to move all of the mattresses to the living room for even the slighted whisper of air and it never went below 32 degrees Celsius the entire time. It’s a shame because the apartment itself was clean and well maintained and would like have no issues during a cooler part of the year. I should also preface by saying my husband is Italian and we were not expecting American standards of AC, but enough to be liveable.

The apartment had parking which was useful. It is spacious. It lacks basic items in the kitchen. When we arrived it was very cold and the window was draughty. There was no manual so we needed to contact the owner about how to use the heating and where to park. He was polite and friendly but naturally we needed to wait for his response. On the last day the hearing didn’t b work and there was no hot water.
