The property has 2 private parking spaces and a private deck with sitting area and private entrance. The apt has an open floor plan with bedroom living and kitchen area. We rented this adorable unit so we could walk across the street to watch a production at the Walton Arts Center. It was perfect! Small bathroom but worked for us.
