Located in the heart of the entertainment and social district of Fayetteville, this 2nd story art condo is surrounded by scenic windows overlooking the square. Just a few steps out the door and guests will find the farmers market on weekends as well as a variety of dining and shopping. Only a short walk from the the Walton Arts Center, downtown, and everything else Dickson street has to offer! Also close to the University of Arkansas campus!

My mother and I went to Fayetteville for a little girl's trip and stayed in this awesome studio. The location couldn't have been better and the apartment itself was perfectly suited for our needs! It felt safe because there is a keypad lock on the building door as well as the entry to the apartment. Elliot was an excellent host and great with communication and answering any questions we had.

What a perfect place to spend the weekend! It’s just what we needed! Close to the square and Dixon street but not loud. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable and the place was clean, well stocked and cozy. Tips: If you carry heavy luggage or struggle with stairs, you should know this property requires you to climb a flight of stairs with no elevator. There are several amazing restaurants within walking distance but I’d strongly suggest making a reservation as they fill up fast and you can’t get in anywhere.
