Foolish Business Decision

1. It is a three star, not a four star hotel. 2. At breakfast I was charged an extra three euros just to have scrambled eggs. Ridiculous. That's a foolish decision on their part. So they got their few extra euros and lost a customer.

L'Hotel ideale se dovete alloggiare a Bentivoglio

Appena sono arrivato sono stato subito accolto e mi è stato consegnato Chiave Elettronica e password Wi-Fi. La camera era fantastica, tutto pulito, Elegante, Luminoso e silenzioso. Ovviamente TV Wi-Fi e Bagno molto grande. La luce della finestra non mi ha dato noia la mattina in quanto è schermata da una doppia tenda molto comoda da spostare. La colazione poi è molto ricca, ci sono anche molti Cibi Biologici che ho apprezzato e paste di qualità (perfino la treccia alle noci Pecan). Ho scelto anche questo albergo per la Piscina sul retro che non ho usato in quanto era brutto tempo e forse ancora era chiusa, ma se ci ritorno sarà il Plus che me lo rifarà scegliere. Un plauso poi allo staff sempre pronto ad aiutarti. SI lo so questa recensione sembrerà costruita ad arte mentre invece sono rimasto davvero piacevolmente sorpreso.

Esperienza non soddisfacente

Hotel pulito ed elegante nel complesso ma pecca nei dettagli. Ho trovato i copriletti vecchi e con macchie. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava affatto, nonostante avessimo sollecitato il personale alla reception che avevamo necessità lavorative. Purtroppo non mi sento di consigliarlo, da un hotel 4 stelle mi aspettavo molto di più.

Buono Caldo ed accogliente & BIO marmellate

Tutto molto Buono, camera pulita e calda. Colazione abbondante e gustosa anche con Marmellate Biologiche, da ampliare la scelta dei té, ma non si può avere tutto dalla vita. La potenza del Wi-Fi al terzo piano non era il massimo ma utilizzabile comunque.
