"Upon arrival the staff was kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel was easy to find and parking was a breeze (note: there is a charge for parking). The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent both for European and US standards. But I want to repeat that the staff was the best. They were so considerate of families and always willing to answer our questions with a smile on their faces. "

"Clean, updated quiet rooms, good location. Staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke English. Convenient walk or quick ride on trams/buses to shopping, sites, train station. Can be a little noisy from street during peak traffic hours if window is open. Didn’t get a chance to try breakfast or happy hour, but it looked good."
